Hi I've been getting messages on my Shopify store saying that Printify is no longer supported, and that the developer needs to update the app to keep it running and working properly. When Can Printify update the app?

second update: whatever was going on seems to have been fixed. working great again. Received email from developers after posting review. Who knows! I am sticking with them for now.

update: the product generator is SO buggy. I've wasted countless hours trying to restore products that changed or disappeared entirely. The collections setting is terrible- I am forever resetting how products sort within shopify. Printify overrides EVERYTHING.

One of my samples never arrived, fwiw, although that might be the post office's fault.

I've found another app that offers all the same products as printify and a few others- seriously considering switching.

Easy to use thus far. I have been approached by other print on demand services before and none had American made products. This one does, and it's interface is way more straightforward, so I chose this one. Fingers crossed I like the samples!

Been using Printify for many months. We are very happy with the app. Their service for any kind of issues is excellent.

Would love to see more print providers offering neck label prints.

Interface is excellent as well, although we would love to see better customization features. Their upload / save as draft feature is already great for customization (since we send our client a proof and might need to come back to make changes), but being able to link our manual orders to Shopify Delivered / Fulfilled Tags would be very useful, as currently we send out review requests entirely manually due to this, which is very time consuming.

Looking forward to continue using Printify and seeing how they improve the platform, hopefully we can add that fifth star soon :)

Thank you very much for your feedback. We noted down your suggestions and will definitely take them into consideration. Regarding print providers, our team is currently looking for more print providers who are offering neck label prints and we hope that soon they will be available in our catalog.

Been using for about 3 months now.
Pros: Good print on demand supplier. Prices are worth the premium charge if you have constant sales. Good product selection.
Cons: Interface with Etsy is terrible especially with the inability to bundle products, keeping up with quantity of products is hard, and provider ratings aren't as accurate especially with shipping calculations

App is great, It doesn't hold profit margin when vendor raises their price. otherwise would be 5 star.

I love this app so far. I wish they would have more home decor items like table runners and place mats for tables and more. I also would like more variants on the frame colors for canvas prints. I only see walnut and no black or white.
I love that the photo uploader shows the quality of the image, i have tried many others and none of them have this feature. I also was surprised to see that the order goes straight to Printify - I thought that I would have to enter this in myself. Very easy to use!

Printify is great for most things and has a nice clean UI and good customer service, but the embroidery on the hats and beanies were a bit lackluster, I wasn't impressed by the quality. Overall though one of the better POD companies out there.

After a lot of back and forth, Printify finally did the right thing and credited my account for the wrong mugs. I have updated my review based on this and how helpful they were, but only after I placed this review. My customer ordered 4 mugs and received 2 mugs with another design on them. Because the order was wrong, I should receive a refund, however, I am only asking for a refund for 2 of the mugs. A photo was sent of the wrong design vs. the right design. Printify is trying to only refund for 1 mug. My customer gave me a 3-star review because she was sent the wrong order. I just want Printify to make it right and they will not. I am now taking my designs down from this POD and will be using other PODs to make my mugs. There are plenty more out there that will be reasonable with their customer service. This isn't even the first time, however, in prior times, they readily replaced or refunded with a photo.
