Printify is an excellent service with excellent customer service. Beware of MyLocker to do your printing. They could care less what they send out of their place. On average 1 of every 4 or 5 shirts i order need to be replaced for terrible quality, holes in the shirts, and ink splatters all over. They have issues. MyLocker is terrible. Prinitfy is great..

The only reason they are getting two stars instead of one is because I have actually received some awesome prints from the third party print houses that they contract but their customer service is very slow and they request the same information over and over again even after you've provided it, I assume in hopes that you forget about it. Lost a good customer in me over something that could have just been resolved with an apology and a replacement sample of the correct size without white ink smeared on it.

*UPDATED* The company continues to wow me with how abhorrent they are as an organization. Not only did they take weeks to send out 1 shirt (because, once again, they didn't contact me in a timely manner), but IT WAS THE WRONG SHIRT. Go check out Printful or literally anyone else.

*Original complaint*The company is a complete joke. If something gets discontinued, they DONT TELL YOU UNTIL YOUR CUSTOMER PLACES AN ORDER. Then they make YOU tell the customer and refund the money. The quality of product is terrible with a lot of my customers bringing me shirts that have been washed a handful of times and the logos are almost completely gone or peeling. Today i received over 50 emails from printify asking my opinion on 1 sample order. ONE ORDER needed 50 emails??? Their communication is god awful. There have now been two seperate times when there was a problem and printify didn't email me to let me know, so an order that should have taken a few days turned into two weeks. The premium plan is useless as well. I am canceling and going to try a competitor in hopes they know how to run a business.

Easy to Use, love the duplicate feature which allows me to add product to multiple stores. So far one of my samples arrived broken (it was a mug) but i'm not sure if this was the carrier or not. Otherwise, I do love Printify and I'm satisfied with the quality of print on my designs. The trickiest part is pay attention to your dimensions when you upload art, I had trouble with that in the beginning and had to resize artwork to hit "high resolution"

I really like the service Printify provides. I may have chosen a slove provider in the past but this platform is one of the best in the market.

Printify is probably the most easily integrated app I have used, a selling tool that has created a generous positive cash flow from eBay, however even though it has the same easy integration to Shopify, I am having trouble with Shopify and marketing my products through that platform, have not sold a single thread. So I need to focus on that aspect of my business. Printify, is integration made easy, as the manufacturers are simply the best, and handle my customers as if they were their own, and handle my products as if they were their own. Thank you Printify for your outstanding customer service and merchant support 24 hours a day!!! I can not thank you enough. Off to go focus on Shopify and see what it is that I am doing wrong there.
