They have terrible customer service. You get answer 2 days later and not satisfactory response . Copy-Paste answers no solutions. After 8 days still items are on production. I appreciated festive season they maybe more busy than usual but a lot of other POD companies doing 3 -4 days production. I switched most of my works to different company. They need to improve their customer service and they have to provide a lot more faster service than this...
So far so good! Printify has allowed me to easily expand my product line and I love the ease with which orders are handled. They have always been quick to respond to any questions. One note: Don't use the auto populated item descriptions verbatim. (PS. If you want good SEO and unique content, you'll have to rewrite your item descriptions to make them stand out and not shoved to the back of Google searches.)
Very friendly to navigate on the app. Just the infants t-shirt mockup needs to look a little better.
Literally the best POD there with several options in different printing providers to choose from on their platform. The customer service is unbeatable! Thank you Alice and the whole team at printify for all the help especially with helping a with my business growth. This app presents some challenges... printing things correctly can sometimes be off depending on the printer you've chosen. Some of the ink at certain shops can be thin. I had a red shirt with a white logo and all the white was red... but a representative got a hold of me to fix the issue. I'd say it's important to talk with the support in order to fix any sample print problems.
