its pretty good. some features could be easier to use such as currency exchange as i've had some problems with AUD and USD not being correctly labelled and then having to re-write my cost analysis. It would be cool if I could design the whole shirt instead of having a limited designing space as well.

small learning curve but overall good. Some of the Pricing isn't as competitive as I thought it would be with the hat selection but it works. Id like the shipping or a calculated general shipping to be included in the overall cost so when figuring profit its much clearer on actual profit.

I like the easy use of this app. I do wish there were more options to design all over the products rather than just small spaces on them, ex. Sweatshirts, jackets, etc.

It's OK... could be better. More premium items; better and faster communication with customer service; I was on hold for a live agent just recently and nothing. I think I was in queue for an hour and no response.

I love the Printify App, however, my one complaint is that if I go back into a product to change anything, the text reverts back to what AI wrote, not the wording I added. It also deletes my uploaded mockups in that design.

Pretty good overall! I'd say it's beginner friendly, that doesn't mean it'll be easy to sell but it's simple to get started. The only thing is that one of their shirt providers had bad quality even though it was recommended by printify.
Much simpler to navigate than other products I have used. Still challenged with AI support, but overall a great experience. I was able to do in an hour what it took me 3 in other venues. My products look great and the production made easy, especially for new vendors as am I.

So far so good, except for one of my hats not being able to get produced due to something about materials. They asked me to cancel or wait longer with no eta on when the issue would be fixed. So I cancelled the order, and they applied the credit to my account right away. Other than that, the products seem a bit expensive to make, and so the profit margin is a little low if you want to lower the prices for the consumers. I do enjoy making the products but would like a little more available graphics to use. Also, when I publish, the items don't show to my Etsy store, even when I duplicate the publishing to my Etsy. Wondering what's happening there. Other than that, they have very responsive customer service which is pretty exceptional.
I wish the ai descriptions were better, and I wish it was easy to upload mockups and link them to the color variants. It's not easy. I had to contact help many many times

I’ve ordered a sample of two designs and the sweatshirt quality wasn’t as I’d hoped for. The coloring of the onesie design wasn’t what I wanted either, but redownloading designs and hoping for a better outcome with the next samples
