An order was placed through our website May 26th. Have reached out to support 4 times within the month since and haven't heard back and the order still hasn't been shipped.
Hello,
Based on our information, the order has been already fulfilled and delivered to the customer. Your order was placed on May 26 but it was only sent to production on June 23 due to the non-received payment. If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to reach out to us at merchantsupport@printify.com
Not really happy. I received 2 samples and the logo printed is really bad! I Paid $34.84 for only 2 shirts sample. I contacted the support who kindly resent the shirts. They told me nothing is wrong with the logo itself. Today Just received and I had to pay at the post office about $15 to get it! Total about $50 for 2 Shirts with horrible quality... How people make business with Printify! I am really curious...
We are sorry to hear about misprint. As it was explained, errors sometimes happen. Since you have an international order, shipping costs are higher. Also, our Premium plan offers up to 20% lower costs.
They send low quality products to my customers and then deny me for reprints! Now I have to refund all my customers and they are basically telling me "not our problem dude" . STFU!! this company sucks never trust them complete bullshit they don't care about quality and their customers they only take your money and leave you at the dark! (Sorry for my English I'm not a native speaker of the language )
We are sorry for the inconveniences created. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our print providers have been experiencing increased volumes of orders an d that might have had an impact on quality. Nevertheless, we are working on solving this issue by adding new print providers in order to better manage the sales volumes. We always want to keep our merchants happy, this is why one of our managers will be in touch with you to see how we can make it up to you.
What a joke. Misprinted tons of shirts and didn't do a quality check on them, unable to use images that are 11x14 with 300dpi my usual screen printer has no issues with and I had to remove this app from my store because I was losing customers because of printifys mistakes. This app isn't worth the hassle, I started using a different app instead and haven't had any of the same issues.
We are sorry to hear about the quality issues you've been experiencing, but we want to make it up to you. Therefore, one of our managers will reach out to you within the next 24 hours. Thank you.
The interface is easy to use. But don't be fooled. I ordered samples and then turned everything off I spent time building. I was glad I did order them; although, the customer service was not helpful. They ended up refunding "as goodwill" items that were done incorrectly. Policy is to remake only. Printing is awful with most vendors, or cheap fabrics, or worse, chemical smells that don't go away. they never understood that this all represents my brand to my customers and it just wasn't good enough. When I said the product came in with sticky residue all over the shirt, they said, " wash it." Because I hadn't thought of that? I just don't want it delivered like this to my customer. In the end I gave up trying to get help or understanding. I turned off the app and decided to share my review. Make some products, order some samples, decide for yourself.
BEWARE: The Worst Print On Demand Company EVER Seriously I am shocked how disappointing and unprofessional Printify has been. They have completely abandoned sellers. I have orders from end of November not yet shipped. Printify has left us sellers hanging. I sell on Etsy and have MANY rightfully angry customers. Printify started slowing down in early Dec and instead of being upfront with their delays, like other POD companies have been, they made minimal announcements and have not been real with us once. They just keep selling false promises and moving deadlines further and further back. I have been telling customers on Etsy their orders will ship day now because printify's lack of clear communication and false promises. 'any day now' 'holiday arrival' Absolute junk customer service. They barely reply and when they do it's a stock reply that doesn't address your question, sending you in circles. Their customer service is straight up useless and endless hoops It's now been a month and my customers are justified in being pissed at me for dragging them along for a full month. They are at a point where they can't even order or shop for new gifts because they have been waiting on Printify to come through, which Printify falsely led us to believe. And to make matters worse, Printify will not allow us to cancel orders nearly a month delayed, forcing us to continue to jerk our customers along or eat the costs. The samples I have ordered are unsellable. Sloppy application, the ink colors are sloppy, super pixelated print quality. Zero quality control. There has been zero accountability from Printify.
One of our managers has reached out to you regarding the mentioned concerns. We truly hope that we'll be able to remedy the situation!
Not impressed compared to other companies doing the same thing. I have removed my products from the service, I will be using another source that delivered my first sample in 5 days flat, no questions or surprises.
A men's medium tee is 21 inches wide. YOU SHOW ME A MAN WHO'S ONLY 21 INCHES AROUND HIS CHEST. Ugh!!
I gave a try to Printify and ordered 6products (t-shirts and hoodies for kids&adults) from T shirt and son (UK).
The quality of the products was good but the printing was really bad.
I would be ashamed to sell this to my customers.I'm really disapointed because I heard many good things about Printify and I spent many hours to set up my whole store with them. Now I have to do it again with another print on demand company.
I strongly recommend to order a sample before setting up your store.
The shirts I've ordered are seriously awful. I've ordered samples from 4 of their print providers, and all were unacceptable. The white outline was clearly visible underneath the design for every dark shirt I ordered. I guess this is not Printify's fault, but they shouldn't be working with providers that offer such horrible products. Some of the providers have huge delays as well. It's really such a pity because their software is great and easy to use. I just wish that the print providers were reliable.
