I love the selection of products and customer service is amazing. They are great to respond through email and solve whatever issues you have.

My main product I sell is the clock, which the quality seems to have went down because I unfortunately now it seems some are breaking after two months and it was not like that before, so I am having to pay to replace them to not get bad reviews because of the quality issues. Unfortunately after 3 years using printify I will be looking for an alternative company.

This App is literally printing $$$. Only been live for less than a month and our designs are selling! The setup is so easy and the Shopify integration is the best. I have contacted Customer Service on several occasions for learning questions and they have been fast and super friendly. I cannot wait to grow my catalog with new and exciting offerings. Keep it up Printify!

I use this app for a good 90% of the products I sell on Shopify. They have a nice variety, and very affordable to the merchant. Which is great for those who have a low budget costs, or those who are trying to get the best bang for their buck. Printify has great communication with all their merchants, helping to troubleshoot issues, and great customer service to the merchants. Although they have a great variety they don't have everything. It would honestly be great to have shorts available for men and women, as well as sweatpants for both men and women, bathing suites for men and women, and lastly to have the jewelry back as well. Overall this is a great app to work with I've been a merchant with them for 2 years, and would recommend them to any merchant out their looking for a reliable, and affordable app.

Everything was great in the beginning. For the past year, most of our products were drop shipped by Printify. Mugs were great, never an issue. Pillow orders always delayed, but quality great. Journals (paperback) horrible material, coloring off and not worth the purchase. Biggest pet peeve, customer service. Sending an email during urgent issues and not receiving a response within a day or two. After experiencing app issues, PayPal links, and 2 week delay in product shipment. Unfortunately, we are researching alternatives. Really loved the easy design process but customer service is vital.

I've been selling POD for over 4 years now and started with a different seller... Boy do I regret not starting with Printify. Better quality prints at a better price. A seller is out of stock? No worries, Printify automatically sends your order to another shop for you. What more can you ask for?

This app has been giving me issues since I installed it. It is an awesome concept that poorly executed. There's zero notifications from the app when orders are going to no longer be fulfilled.
After one of their print providers was removed, I still had designs combinations that were purchased and only filled with this provider. ZERO notifications from Printify on this, so I had orders sitting in queue that were never going to be fulfilled or synced. I had to refund several orders because of this.
Not happy so far...
