Game-Changer for My Faith-Based Athleisure Brand
I launched 7000 Foot Faith — a premium faith-inspired athletic and athleisure apparel brand — a few weeks ago, and Printify has been an absolute standout partner from day one.
The platform is incredibly intuitive. Uploading high-resolution designs, adjusting placements on hoodies, tees, dad caps, and sponge fleece products was seamless. The mockup generator produces beautiful, realistic lifestyle images that I use directly on my Shopify store. Print quality on the finished garments (especially the premium hoodies) has exceeded my expectations — soft, vibrant, durable, and true to the elegant “Wear the Light” Halo designs and mountain sunrise Elevation motifs.
What really sets Printify apart is the reliability and speed. Orders I’ve placed have shipped quickly with excellent quality control. Their customer support has been responsive whenever I had a small question. As a new brand targeting military, faith-driven athletes, and outdoor enthusiasts, having a trustworthy print-on-demand partner that lets me focus on design, storytelling, and marketing instead of inventory and fulfillment has been invaluable.
Printify isn’t just a printing service — it’s helping me build a legitimate, scalable business with confidence. I’ve already had my first sales and am excited to grow the brand further with them.

If there is a "potential" problem with the order Printify customer service is useless.
I am a premium member. I know what the average printing time and fulfillment time per printer should be.
Sometimes orders are marked as pending, way beyond when they should have been fulfilled/shipped. That indicates a problem.
Printify, does not have a direct phone line to the printeres on their platform to find out what the problem is. Apparently they email the printer and tell us to wait for a few days until we, maybe get an answer.
That is unacceptable. When an Etsy customer is expecting the product to be shipped and its way beyond the ship date, Printify should have a direct phone/chat line to any printer they use, around the world, to find out what the problem is, and when the ETA of the product is to be shipped. I can then go back to my Etsy or Shopify customer and explain, diffuse the situation and if needed adjust the shipping time.
This for me would be a reason to deal directly with printers instead of with Printify (an Aggregator). If they fix this and tweak some things in the Product mockup area they would get a 5 Star review! Btw, for me they are still one of the best POD Print Aggregators out there, but I look forward to improvements!

The app is more flexible than you realize when you first start. You are focused on creating a design and putting it up in Printify, selecting mockups etc. The other tools that help you position, size and pattern are valuable. Like Canva, Kittl, Adobe Express or any other tool for POD, Printify has features you have to stop to learn how to use and understand them. While Printify’s design tools aren’t as comprehensive as platforms like Canva, Kittl, or Adobe Express, they still offer valuable functionality. It’s worth taking the time to learn how to use these features because they can make the difference in the quality and presentation of your design and products.

It has been a steep learning curve for someone such as myself but Printify does a pretty decent job of helping you find your way around the app whilst you slowly learn how to build an online store and bring into fruition the product designs you have.
I am enjoying the journey; I haven't made any money yet so cannot preach that game but i feel very confident that if I persevere with Printify and Shopify, that will surely begin that stage of the journey.

Solid experience for our new store! Set up was easy, TONS of printables, hard for me to just stick to T-Shirts. Uploading and placement is a little scary, but they have all the tools to get it done right. Shirts are showing up to our customers right on schedule. So we give a solid 5 stars!

would be okay if they didn't automatically delete your products randomly without notice and change your prices without you knowing so you can never have consistency.
horrible application, horrible customer support, HORRIBLE print quality. Not one shirt i've orderd through printify has held up. using printify = damaged brand.
Designing products is easy and fun! I have been populating my store, getting ready for a launch of new products and Printify has been a huge help.
