Overall great customer service! I get quick replies to any questions and concerns I have. The one area I've requested that should be improved upon is that they don't automatically reduce stock to zero quantity when they discontinue items as some other apps do. This caused me to have to return a customer order recently. I was told that they send e-mails, but I didn't see this particular one. They did take note of my concern and said they would pass it along to the app developers. Please take care of that and the app would be spot on perfect. I like the app it's nice being attached to shopify. I won't have to log on separately to make items.

Printify is really the one-stop shop for print products. I've mainly stuck to T-shirts so far but am now contemplating expanding to some of their other products, for example, home decor and wall art.

Good selection of T-shirts, including no-sweatshop options and v high quality. The interface for mocking up the designs is fairly easy to understand and all the technical details are spelled out re correct resolution, and proofing colors.

What's really brilliant is they fulfill everything. Once you've got your designs uploaded, just let the seamless integration with Shopify take over - in theory, there's nothing more to do.

I recommend without hesitation.

A year ago I contacted Printify and expressed concern that all the kids models for the products that I was selling in my store were white. That was the default. My brand celebrates Black culture, so it's a bit inauthentic for me to have a white baby wearing a shirt that affirms Blackness. I asked customer service if there were Black models and they said no. One year later, nothing has changed. Sad.

We understand that it is important to have more diversity in models in our mockups/catalog. This is already in the process and are planning to add more mockups for adults and kids clothing and other items with people of different ethnicities. We sincerely appreciate your suggestion. Great app! Makes it super simple to get products up and running fast. Very quick production and delivery of goods as well. My customers are getting their stuff in as little as 2 days! Great work guys!

TLDR: easy to use service with bad customer service. Great for beginners, not so much is you move lots of volume. *PROS: It is an easy to use, easy to integrate service with tones of manufacturers with a Varity of products! it is also more cost effective than the other POD apps. for its simplicity alone it deserves 3 stars *CONS: I feel bad for the suppliers that are teamed up with printify, because printify's lack of customer service is abhorrent. It took over 24 hours to get just a response in the chatbox. When customer service did respond they just sent me the FAQ about the issue as if I didn't think to look their already. I understand that Printify is really just a "middle man" POD service. As in they themselves dont have anything to do with the printing they just send the info to the provider. customer service is critical when you are the "middle man" and should really be their main front. the long que times terrible when trying to help one of YOUR customers out.

We've been with Printify for about a year and a half now, and have been very satisfied with them. We looked at some of the other print-on-demand companies as well, but ultimately chose to go with Printify because of their low prices and high reviews. I can now say that their customer service is top notch, their prices are in fact very competitive, and the intuitive interface and seamless Shopify integration makes it extremely easy to use. I'm very pleased!
