To put things in context, I just started using Printify a few weeks ago, but their customer service is excellent! When I have any questions, they are always answered by a real person in a matter of minutes! Also, their app is clean, well-organized and extremely user friendly.

WOW! Just expanded the possibilities of my business. Before Shopify I could of never offered the amount of products I have now.
This app has been very helpful so far. Best feature compared to some other printable dropshipping apps is the ability to make a design to apply to all models of a product.
UPDATE: Things have changed since this last update. It's MUCH easier to use. Seems to have more products. Im still unclear on the pricing. Below Printiy states, "You'll only pay for the products being ordered, and their shipping costs." Still unclear on that statement. Does that mean I'll only pay for the product (1) being ordered? In other words, I pay per item? Or I pay the full amount when I make my first sale? And is the shipping costs added to the sale price? I've sent an email and tried contacting a rep for this info. I haven't made a sale yet So TIME WILL TELL. An email from a real person explaining would be great. -5 are you kidding just to try the "New Rules" are I have to sign up and pay 299.00? Hardly. I already pay Plenty to Shopify. What the actual Heck. This service of Shopify is getting worse and worse. NEWBIES BEST ADVICE READ ALL THE REVIEWS if you have to pay to try DONT DO IT there are plenty of places shop around

Easy to use, great products, would recommend
So far, so good! It does the job very well and effortlessly. I've tried some other print on demand stores but Printify offers lower cost and quality products. I am so excited with my new business venture!
I love using Printify! I have had nothing but excellent customer service from all of the representatives, especially Sofia and Teresa Maria. The team will work with you on any issues/questions. I will be doing most of my business with Printify as they offer more custom styles than other print shops. In particular, I love that they are able to print on short sleeves! I have found no competitors that offers that service so far. Thanks!
I want to thank Alice for restoring my confidence in Printify. My recommendation is to use different printers until you find one that executes your brand downstream to the customer. While i wish their vendors would properly pack and shrinkwrap garments like other POD plugins do, the variety of products is much greater through them. So my problems with Printify have been solved, just having to use different vendors. Its imperative for brands to succeed that the POD companies complete the brand experience, and should demand the execution from all print providers. Polybagging each item instead of throwing multiple shirts in one back is never good when the customer receives it. Its our brand that is on the hook not the POD companies when a customer gets their products all thrown in a bag. I will stay with Printify with hopes their vendors they choose will start taking pride in the downstream print and packaging experience which is the customers first experience when receiving their products.
