Printify: Print on Demand

They have the absolute BEST customer service. I can't believe how responsive they are to questions and support. Plus the orders get shipped out extremely quickly and the app is very easy to use. I absolutely love this app.

They make it very easy to get your designs on products. Because they find drop shippers for you, it saves you a lot of time.

I've been using Printify for about a year for a shop on Etsy. Creating a Shopify storefront is my next step. So far, the app appears to operate just like its web interface. I haven't done a lot with the app in Shopify yet because I am just getting started, but I don't anticipate any different issues beyond the typical POD issues. I appreciate that I'm not going to have to figure out how to use a different interface. And I like that I can chat with Printify support 24/7. That is a much-needed stress reliever in the POD industry. I saw that some have complained about shipping and about stock issues. I don't see that Printify can do anything about it as they are bringing in many different print providers and letting us choose the company we want to use. I like that. And I like being able to review those companies. Gives us a little more control over our business and we don't have to build our own API to have that. I don't even know if I am using that terminology correctly. Ha.

Printify are great with customer service, speed, delivery times etc.

Their prices are the lowest on the market too!

Very easy to use. I do Wish They had Better Mock ups. If design a beanie the mock ups have a person wearing them, why cant you have a mock up with someone wearing all the products? Anyways Great App Helpful Support.

Why you ask? #1 they have support that is very helpful, available on demand during business hours and they provide email backup of all Chat and Support via email interactions. #2 Support personnel are easy to work with, have solutions that make a difference the projects I'm working on. #3 Choose a Sample so you can see 'hands on' if there are any challenges with the design. Support will assist you in resolving any corrections. #4 I learned first hand that design elements, the variety of tools, colors, fonts, images and more may need subtle changes to translate to the finished product I wanted. #5 Kindness always works better in resolving challenges.
