It's not a practical app for designers, given that it does not allow for .ai illustrator files to be uploaded.
I was also infuriated as an Irishman to see that nearly all the images you allowed people to download for 'patties' day, wherever the hell that is, were of alcohol. We're not a nation of drinkers, that's an English stereotype. I immediately removed the app from my store thereafter.
Items are very limited also and overpriced.
Great costumer service, No problems for now, except of late one delivery (not passed expire term but was very long). 0Great quality stuff, just prices without pro plan could be lower to match competition.

So far so good. I found products I liked and created some designs and added them to my store with no problems.

So far so good... a few clunky things in the design experience but overall great. I've been able to create some amazing products.... More expensive the sending than the product itself... The quality of the printed product is Excellent but the prices rise too much for the sending
