So far, so good! It does the job very well and effortlessly. I've tried some other print on demand stores but Printify offers lower cost and quality products. I am so excited with my new business venture!

They sent both me and my customers the wrong T-shirts from a random company. Extremely unhappy and they have no phone number to call. I have emailed them with no reply. This is unacceptable and I have very unhappy customers

UPDATE: Things have changed since this last update. It's MUCH easier to use. Seems to have more products. Im still unclear on the pricing. Below Printiy states, "You'll only pay for the products being ordered, and their shipping costs." Still unclear on that statement. Does that mean I'll only pay for the product (1) being ordered? In other words, I pay per item? Or I pay the full amount when I make my first sale? And is the shipping costs added to the sale price? I've sent an email and tried contacting a rep for this info. I haven't made a sale yet So TIME WILL TELL. An email from a real person explaining would be great. -5 are you kidding just to try the "New Rules" are I have to sign up and pay 299.00? Hardly. I already pay Plenty to Shopify. What the actual Heck. This service of Shopify is getting worse and worse. NEWBIES BEST ADVICE READ ALL THE REVIEWS if you have to pay to try DONT DO IT there are plenty of places shop around

Hi there! Our app can be used to a full functionality using the free plan. You'll only pay for the products being ordered, and their shipping costs. No additional costs are required to use our print on demand (POD) service!
https://printify.com/pricing/

The Premium plan subscription (offered in the form of ongoing monthly payments, or as one annual bulk payment), however, offers up to 20% discount on all products available in our catalog.

So I have read every possible review website about Quality, Issues with Prints, Washing, etc.

1) Follow the washing instructions on the tag -_-... not that hard to wash clothes properly. Quit complaining for human error.

2) I found a great way to print items without the money coming directly from me, straight from the customer, it's absolutely amazing and I love the system.

3) Ability to create thousands of products? I'm in love. The developers have been amazing and response times awesome. Gotta say... I'm impressed.

4) There's no way that other people could have so many issues. This system is simple, the support I have had no issues with, and it's just easy!

We switched from Printful.

I want to say thank you to Arthur from Printify, who reached out to me on the phone to resolve the issue i had with my sample order. I got refunded on the 2 T-shirts that I wasn't satisfied with and also my account was with $66.18 for the delay. Thank you Printify, I look forward to getting my sample T-shirts that have been shipped and hoping everything comes out well.

Hello,
We are very sorry for issues with the print quality and delivery times, but we want to let you know that we are willing to make it up to you. As our agents have already mentioned, in order for us to perform a refund, we need a good quality picture of the damaged product. In what concerns the delivery times, the ETA for European orders is 10-18 business days, and technically, your order is still within the time frame. Nevertheless, one of our managers will be in touch with you within the next 24 hours to make things right for you.

Update... I'm bumping my review up to four stars after tremendous support from Tom at Printify. I had a lot of concerns and set up a call with Tom. I was extremely impressed with the homework he had done before our call. He had read through all my support issues, put together a list of all orders that had been late and took care of those on their end, and really went over the top to show me that he cared about my concerns. Because of Tom I decided to stay with Printify and just launched my second store.

I ended up switching print providers within their network and have been been fairly pleased. My orders are shipping in a timely matter and I haven't heard anything negative from my customers (limited orders so far as I'm easing my way back into it) since the change. One thing to remember, however, and something I've found very valuable, is to know that all print on demand providers use DTG as their method of printing. Be aware of this and educate yourself on what this means before making your designs.

I really like most things with Printify and, judging by their dedication to my problem, combined with a solid working platform, competitive prices, and broad product selection, I would imagine they'll continue to improve and grow in the future. Thanks, Tom!

I have really mixed feelings about this app and I really hope my opinion of it changes for the better in the future. There are a lot of things I really like and a couple that I really dislike. The problem is that the couple things I dislike are extremely important...

I built my store in November and Started advertising for it around the first of December. Things were great and I sold hundreds of items in the first couple weeks...

Then the customer complaints came in...

Multiple orders missing items...

Multiple orders with bad prints - crooked, see through, missing blocks of images, you name it...

I had to turn my advertising off until I can determine if these guys can print a shirt that looks good and deliver the right items to my customers...

They gave a cutoff order deadline of December 11th for having items by Christmas. I have many orders that were placed before then that won't be at my customer's houses before Christmas...

The support has been solid but not perfect. It's a very busy season but most of the time I can get a response in less than a day. For the items missing orders and for the bad prints I have been refunded....

The problem is that a simple refund doesn't get my customer's products to them by Christmas. I've had to manually place orders and do it with expedited shipping in hopes that some kid will have their shirt on Christmas morning...

Despite trying to get them to help cover the costs of the shipping because of their mistake, printify has refused to do so....

These simple printing/packing mistakes have costs me hundreds of dollars/countless hours of time and, most importantly, future business from a number of customers...

And this is just from two weeks of sales!

Now, to the good stuff...

Their products are very easy to build.

The app is easy to navigate.

The prices are good for most items.

The customer service has been attentive.

They have a solid selection of products.

From what I've seen so far, this company is doing very well with all the really hard stuff. Probably the best in the industry. If they could get a system together with better quality control from their print partners, these guys would absolutely take over the industry.

The problem is a quality product (end result) is the most important thing in this industry and these guys are lacking big time on it so far. If the shirt looks bad it doesn't matter what else you have right.

The good news is (from someone who's printed shirts for a decade) printing shirts isn't hard. Hopefully these guys can find a way to get their print suppliers to care about the product they put out. If they do they will dominate.

I've seen shirts that MyLocker puts out under its own brand name. Printify isn't getting the same quality.

I'm currently switching all my products over to another print provider in their network. This isn't easy to do as each product has to be manually recreated.

I'm really really hoping the print quality is much better with the new vendor. I like everything else about these guys but the shirt quality is very important.

We have 8 more stores we plan to open in 2019 and it would be really sweet if things work with these guys.

I'll update once I start to see results from the new vendor.

Inconsistent delivery. Careless operation. - Every few orders aren't printed within the generous 10 business day deadline for fulfillment, get 'lost in the mail' (before being in the hands of USPS) or have some other issue. This is supported with only lip service from Printify, as a middle man, and little or NO COMMUNICATION from the actual print vendor. Disappointing clients without any sort of explanation is horrifying, and a business-killer. Random reduction in print area on a garment, without warning or announcement, is no big deal to them but means WEEKS OF UNEXPECTED WORK for me with hundreds of items - showing carelessness and complete lack of business insight. As one of the 'big 2' POD providers, I don't know if I can afford to wait for Printify to mature their operations and ethics. These and other ongoing issues are outweighing the orders fulfilled reasonably and have me wondering if I should move everything to Printful, pay a little more and get a lot less stress.

Awesome everything... except
Customer support was amazing at first. Had issues and they'd respond so well and reasonable amount of time. Months into this I'm not able able to get support. I do get replies but no support. My current issue has been going on for a month and has put me at a next to stand still. Files toggle in design. 9/4 to 10/14 all that's happened is different people responding asking how to help and nothing back. Today is the same, an email from someone different, yet again, asking, yet again, what to do to help. How can I add product? Issues happen with eCommerce, I get ya. Today is day 3 of products not wanting to publish so I change my 4 to a 3. But how long should actual support take, a month? Wonderful app that they improve on all of the time, but if you ever need support, perhaps proceed with caution.
