Where's my review? I want to change my 1 Star review to 4 Stars. Actually, I did get a customer service representative to help me, the next day, after getting only links directing me to self help posts the day I installed the app. So, my first experience with Printify customer service was definitely not good and so was the second time I reached out to them. This time they couldn't give me accurate instructions to set up Printify shipping on my site. I watched the related video and read the post which by the way ends here: Step 4: "Finally, create a new zone in the Shopify shipping settings with all of the 240 countries available and add Printify in Calculated Rates". Does it say HOW to do that? No. Did the customer service representative helped to clarify that 4th step? No. His response was: "Thank you for the update, I have contacted my superior to look into updating our guides. Once we have more information about how to proceed, we will get back to you." I ended up getting help from Shopify. But, since then, my customer service experience with Printify has been good. It's only been a month. Only time will tell.

This app is the bomb! I wish I had found it earlier. So many cool products and easy to design, even for the tech challenged. Can't wait to see how sales go now that I don't have to stress about holding stock. It's a game-changer!

The only good thing I can say about this app is that the prices are low if you get the Premium Plan, and the selection of products is extensive. Other than that, they will tell you your images are low quality but they will send them to production without your approval and "we cannot guarantee a good outcome. In case of bad results, the order will not be applicable for a replacement or a refund." It will take SEVERAL HOURS to DAYS for the BOTS to reply to your issues and they will have MULTIPLE support people eventually responding to your issue and NONE of them are on the same page and make the whole process VERY confusing. I'm trying to open my store this weekend and I am not confident at all that my customers will receive good service if I continue using this company.

I am overall happy with my experiences with Printify and the help I have received. I would like to suggest that your monthly statement includes profits and margins. As a company that give a % of profits to charitable organisations, having a profit statement would be very helpful. Many thanks

used this app to create products really gets the job done. helped me get the jump start on my online store
I have used printify for my shopify store - mostly of canvas and AOP products from my photos of the rain forest - for about 3 months. I have to say they both shopify + printify are and awesome product combo. In my work I have used almost every corner of printify, and found their entire operation top notch. The fact that they (CGprint) do QA on every new products is a big asset to avoid mistakes that reach customers. Thanks a lot to all!
