An order was placed through our website May 26th. Have reached out to support 4 times within the month since and haven't heard back and the order still hasn't been shipped.

Based on our information, the order has been already fulfilled and delivered to the customer. Your order was placed on May 26 but it was only sent to production on June 23 due to the non-received payment. I use printify to sell products with my original artwork on them, I love how easy the website is to use and the customer service is fantastic. I would give a 5 star rating, my only gripe, and it's pretty big, is the shipping costs and fees make it very hard to make any profit off my items. The cost of the items is high, and to stay competitive and cost effective I add my markup to the item, but after printify takes their cut and the cost of shipping is added it's hardly worth it. I'm still trying to figure out a way to make it work for me.

I have ordered a sample and never received it and still in a production after 14 days?!!! I had to refund my customer and send the item for free as they were so frustrated.

Due to the current health crisis, our print providers are experiencing some delays in fulfilment (the estimated delays are published on our website). Nevertheless, we want to make it right for you. I recommend Printify for 3 reasons: 1 great quality tees, 2 very great print 3 fast shipping. I ordered a sample from three print-on-demand sites. Printful took 10 working days to deliver, Spreadshirt took 8 days, and Printify took 3 days to print and deliver my bella+Canvas t-shirt
