Good quality productions, greatly misleading "lead times" and poor customer service.
They have a product that I source (a blanket) and they advertise an "average production time" of 1.4 days and 2-5 business days for shipping. I based our Mothers Day sale off of what they advertise.... suddenly that 1.4 days production time turned to 11 or 12 days after my orders were placed. They even had the nerve to say "it's just an average, not a guarantee".
Averages don't sway by 10x.
No offer to help at all. I asked for a partial refund (since I'm going to need to refund my customers) and they declined to even offer that.
Bad customer service from an apparently unreliable company who admittedly provides good quality products.

Printify is great to work with. They have a wide directory to get you started on creating your own product, and oodles of videos. There are so many products to put your design on it almost boggles the mind. Since I'm a designer, I wanted to use my own designs. I don't use any computer graphics, nor had I ever put any of my designs on a prouct, so it was intimidating--until I used the Printify Image Generator. It allows me to create a crisp and clear image, shows me where to place the image on the product, choose the options I wish, and save my finished image as a template to place on other products. Whew! Big relief! Bigger yet--I needn't be concerned about the handling of orders, sending them out to customers, etc. Printify handles it all for me, and will even insert a Thank You with my name on. The return address is my own address making me appear to be an established business, which, with Printify, I am!

I enjoy using Printify. I don't have to stress out about printing and mailing. Printify does it all for me. So that is really a great way to be just a 1 woman company.

Update: It has been a week and still have not heard word one from printify. This is absolutely terrible!! We use several other suppliers and we can easily get ahold of them with questions. I am really going to be taking this into consideration on all future products that we launch and unless this crap gets fixed and your customer service becomes existent we will have to look for other providers.
If you want our business give us a call/email ASAP. We should not have to 2ait 2 weeks for this!!!
This is insanity. For one support is taking like 7 days to get back to me. What am I supposed to do here tell my customer to wait 3 weeks for their new order or to jus eat the cost and pay for it again?
2. Printify is somehow merging address line 1 and address line 2 from my Shopify store so every time there is an order with a PO box, apartment #, or business I am getting an error. The worst part is when I get this error it is literally 2 seconds after the item is sent to production which means I can not cancel the order, I can not change the shipping address, and I can not even contact support from the particular order that is having the issue.
I can literally not comprehend why Printify would sent an order to production and then literally 2 seconds later notify me that there is an error with the shipping address that there is no way to fix. Woudln't it make a 1000x more sense to run the shipping address before sending the item to productino so if there is an issue I can just fix it myself rather than wait 2 weeks for their "Support" team to get back to me? What am I supposed to do in the meantime just sit around and get bad reviews on Etsy? Or, do I place a second order and eat the cost? It's a lose lose and Printify someone turned such a simple fix into a nightmare.

Currently, the best way to make any changes to the order that was sent to production is to contact us at merchantsupport@printify.com so our staff can update the shipping address. We are aware of the fact that our customer support may take longer to respond, but we are currently working on this issue as well by doubling the size of our customer support team. I've been using Printify for my shop for over a year. There are a variety of different vendors that you can choose from which makes the price for your products feasible for you to make money as well as offer good cost points for your customers. Also they have pretty good customer service which is great. I had a few issues that they responded to quickly with results.
