Great app and support, but the quality of prints for apparel is embarrassing. I wouldn't recommend going through the time to build a store and have sub par prints sent to your customers. Received multiple samples and prints were either faded, cracked, or felt like plastic (cheaper print?). Would recommend looking at better suppliers to handle your fulfilment.

I have had the Printify app installed for over a year now. I really wanted this company to be my one stop print on demand solution. I have now had too many bad experiences with Printify to recommend them at all.
Urgent order? There is no urgency on their end--or a way to communicate with the manufacturer. Rush shipping? Can't do that either (but if you go direct to the manufacturer, you can). Recently I have had to wait 12+ hours to get a reply to an urgent matter. They need to hire more customer service reps. In another order, the support told me that I should allow 6 weeks for the order to arrive. I asked them if they have ever dealt with real customers, because in an Amazon world of 2 day delivery, 6 weeks simply won't cut it and I had an irate customer on my hands. Go direct to the manufacturer and-- they can actually ship it is 3-5 days.
Lastly, shipping costs for standard shipping are crazy expensive. $15 for a throw pillow? Order more than one of an item and you don't get any reduction in shipping costs; it's a flat fee x number of products, which can become crazy expensive for standard shipping.
Sorry Printify, but too many issues over time to count you as a reliable source for fast delivery.
They sent both me and my customers the wrong T-shirts from a random company. Extremely unhappy and they have no phone number to call. I have emailed them with no reply. This is unacceptable and I have very unhappy customers
UPDATE: Things have changed since this last update. It's MUCH easier to use. Seems to have more products. Im still unclear on the pricing. Below Printiy states, "You'll only pay for the products being ordered, and their shipping costs." Still unclear on that statement. Does that mean I'll only pay for the product (1) being ordered? In other words, I pay per item? Or I pay the full amount when I make my first sale? And is the shipping costs added to the sale price? I've sent an email and tried contacting a rep for this info. I haven't made a sale yet So TIME WILL TELL. An email from a real person explaining would be great. -5 are you kidding just to try the "New Rules" are I have to sign up and pay 299.00? Hardly. I already pay Plenty to Shopify. What the actual Heck. This service of Shopify is getting worse and worse. NEWBIES BEST ADVICE READ ALL THE REVIEWS if you have to pay to try DONT DO IT there are plenty of places shop around

Inconsistent delivery. Careless operation. - Every few orders aren't printed within the generous 10 business day deadline for fulfillment, get 'lost in the mail' (before being in the hands of USPS) or have some other issue. This is supported with only lip service from Printify, as a middle man, and little or NO COMMUNICATION from the actual print vendor. Disappointing clients without any sort of explanation is horrifying, and a business-killer. Random reduction in print area on a garment, without warning or announcement, is no big deal to them but means WEEKS OF UNEXPECTED WORK for me with hundreds of items - showing carelessness and complete lack of business insight. As one of the 'big 2' POD providers, I don't know if I can afford to wait for Printify to mature their operations and ethics. These and other ongoing issues are outweighing the orders fulfilled reasonably and have me wondering if I should move everything to Printful, pay a little more and get a lot less stress.

*UPDATED* The company continues to wow me with how abhorrent they are as an organization. Not only did they take weeks to send out 1 shirt (because, once again, they didn't contact me in a timely manner), but IT WAS THE WRONG SHIRT. Go check out Printful or literally anyone else.
*Original complaint*The company is a complete joke. If something gets discontinued, they DONT TELL YOU UNTIL YOUR CUSTOMER PLACES AN ORDER. Then they make YOU tell the customer and refund the money. The quality of product is terrible with a lot of my customers bringing me shirts that have been washed a handful of times and the logos are almost completely gone or peeling. Today i received over 50 emails from printify asking my opinion on 1 sample order. ONE ORDER needed 50 emails??? Their communication is god awful. There have now been two seperate times when there was a problem and printify didn't email me to let me know, so an order that should have taken a few days turned into two weeks. The premium plan is useless as well. I am canceling and going to try a competitor in hopes they know how to run a business.
If I could rate zero stars, I would. DO NOT trust this company to make quality products for your buisness. They have ruined 75% of my orders over the past few months. The quality of printing is GARBAGE. This last sweater which a customer ordered, looks like whoever made it was drunk. The lines are bled, the logo is ruined. This is ANOTHER $35 sweater, which I cannot be refunded for. When I tried to contact customer support, they told me I have to schedual a call with a 3rd party customer servicer company. DO NOT TRUST YOUR BUISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. PRINTIFY IS A SCAM. If you want more details, call my cell at 480-686-7842. Ill tell you all about how Printify continues to steal and lie to its customers. If there was an option to upload photos here, I would upload photos of the $200+ in bad printing. Oh, and no refunds. Scammers. You are what is wrong with America. Taking advantage of people will bite you in the butt in the long run.
you can't do any profit with this app. they are charging HUGE fees for shipping.
You can't earn money with them, i lost a lot of hours to edit over 500 product on printify for finally see after getting my first order im not on profit cuz shipping fees are insane.
You can believe this? i sell product 40% more and im still not on profit.

Each product has a shipping fee that is transparent and can be checked under ''shipping and more details'' section below each product. Some products may have higher shipping costs but we are already working on that and trying to minimise the shipping costs as much as possible. Generally, we advise users to set up shipping fees on their stores so the shipping would be paid by their customers. In case the merchant wants to cover the shipping fees themselves, then they need to consider it when setting up the final price. Been using this app for about 5 months now. Its terrible.
They can't give you a proper overview of costs, they do millions of micro transactions, like topping up the printify account with $10 at a time to pay for a product, instead of being billed once a month, or atleast receiving an overview of how much has been billed in total in a certain time period.
Even after talking to they reps and telling them about the issues I had, there was 0 improvement.
20% off my orders get cancelled by printify because they decide they don't sell this product anymore. No prior notice, sometimes not even a notice after people have made a purchase for that product.
They have been waiting for months, because printify simply decided to just cancell the order.
And then they will tell you to remove the product from your store, refund your customer, and basically just lose all the money you spent acquiring that customer. Terrible terrible terrible system!
Yes, Printify is the cheapest, but the quality isnt very reliable and their system absolutely sucks (billing, logistics, etc.).
I 100% DO NOT recommend this app! Spare yourself the stress dealing with printify and spend a little bit more on a tshirt.
And then they also send you this uselss "Printify Daily Profit" report, which don't even include shipping cost in their calculation. Nor does it take into consideration discounts that customer have been using on your store.
Instead of sending they absolutely useless junk report, how about you send me a report of what my actual costs were for that day/week/month etc, and looking at how much I made in sales with printify products, so we can get a accurate number that actually provides some value.
Sorry but the longer I have been using this app the more it fires me up thinking about how terrible it is.
