They are quick to reach out if there's an issue. Quick to respond and they're very helpful. I like the wide range of selection they offer and their platform is very user friendly.

I have ordered samples of you bags and totes and they are wonderful. The prints came out exactly as I imagined.

not happy AT ALL with this app. I started off super excited but now I am just going to invest in my own printer and do everything myself. I have been trying to contact printify for almost 3 weeks regarding various orders in queue with confusing statuses. Some say in "in production" but give a tracking number and nothing to track. A customer may order 4 or more items and receive a tracking number stating ALL items were sent out when the tracking only accounts for one item. So now, customers are emailing out of concern for their other items that havent even been printed yet. I've gotten emails from customers about products that were misprinted, with pieces of the branding having fallen to the bottom of the shirt somehow. Not sure if these folks are truly quality checking or just printing and shipping products off. I've had it. I hate having to go through a middle man to determine if an item is eligible to be reprinted because of THEIR mistake. Customers do not deserve that. They also removed the quick chat, so now you have to request support within an order or GOOGLE their contact info. and wait weeks for a response. If I could give this app zero stars I would. It's truly best to invest in your own equipment and print your own.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience with us. Our print providers are overloaded with orders, thus, they may take longer to fulfil and the error ratio m ay be slightly higher as well. Nevertheless, we are actively working on changing that by adding new print providers and hiring more support agents to assist our merchants. Absolutely terrific service! We started our unofficial non-profit business on the platform in late March as a way to benefit some COVID-related charities, and Printify has come through for us in a big way.

Setup was smooth, adding our design, choosing products, choosing vendors, etc. And adding items to our Shopify store was literally a breeze. A single click.

When we first started, we tried using Squarespace, that didn’t really work, so we moved to Shopify. Our options for printing were going to be limited to either Printful or Printify based on reviews from other businesses. We tried Printful and loved it, though their prices were a bit high. What really made it a no-go was that they had so many closures of their printing facilities that it looked like they couldn’t take our business at all.

So we pushed forward with Printify. Since launch, there have definitely been some issues, but their support is second to none. Responses within as little as 30 minutes, almost every issue was resolved in under 2 hours.
After about 10 days, though, we ran into a major issue. One of our printers had totally shut down, so 100ish orders were sitting in limbo, already late. Printify told us what happened and introduced a new feature to help route the replacement products elsewhere. THIS IS THE BEST TOOL TO GET THROUGH COVID WITH GARMENT PRINTING! It was so simple to hoodies moved to be printed in the same facility with our sweatshirts, albeit the hoodie brand was then different from what we wanted. We told our customers what happened and most were extremely understanding. Now they’ve completed our backlog of orders and we’ve accepted quite a few new ones with much shorter delays.

Once our clothing started to reach our customers, a few of them reported some quality issues. Of course any bad experience is a big deal, but the process to get replacements made was, again, unbelievably simple. Printify was completely understanding and apologetic and told me they would work to prevent the issues described from ever happening again.

I could go on and on about how great they’ve been to work with. If you’re worried about which provider to start with, don’t be. Jump right in with Printify! It could not be any easier.

In addition to that, thank you for being so understanding of the delays and the printing errors. The interface is great and setting up products is a piece of cake. I really wanted to be able to use this for all our custom clothing. However, it doesn't adjust when distributors' items are out of stock, so that forces you to refund a customer order if out of stock. That comes off as really unprofessional and made my business look bad, not to mention losing a sale. While customer service was very responsive, they had no fix for this issue.

Edit - I'm taking this review from 3 stars to 2. This company has the strangest way of dealing with mediocre reviews. I told them precisely what the issue is (inability to predict when an item is out of stock), they told me they had no fix for the issue, I told them I wouldn't be able to use Printify anymore. They THEN sent an email asking me to remove my review or change it to a higher rating because "I believe I have covered every area of concern you had." They in no way addressed my concern other than saying they can't do anything about it. I'm very surprised they asked me to remove a review when the underlying issue still exists!

Here is the customer service response to the out-of-stock issue:
"You mentioned that you would like us to incorporate a system that automatically accounts for out of stock items and/or variants. I completely agree that that would be ideal. When it comes to items that are out of stock, we only find out when our print providers notify us. We have been in discussions with them lately trying to work out an effective system to notify our merchants when these issues occur. This is an issue we have been addressing and I can assure you that we are woking on an acceptable solution.

For now, our policy concerning out of stock items is as follows...

For temporary out of stock issues, no notice will be sent out. We expect these issues to be dealt with quickly and will be only a minor inconvenience. For out of stock matters that will be more lengthy, we will send out an email to all our merchants notifying you of the issue so you can make the necessary adjustments to your account.

I totally understand that in some cases this can lead to some inconveniences. I would like to assure you that we are committed to finding a solution. Your patience and understanding are appreciated."

When we choosed to work with this app we read many different reviews from users but we never thought that we would be one of the BAD REVIEWS on our FIRST MONTH experience. Looks like they are "training new people" so they don't have time to reply to many emails sent by us to the only customer service provided. We paid 19 dolars for the Premium Service wich as been terrible! After 20 days waiting we got our first order but unfortunately with the WRONG design. We are working with a provider from the UK because our store is in Portugal and we wanted to have a quick service on orders delivery. 20 days?! Ok... but with the wrong design? Are we supposed to send it back again and wait for 20 more days to expect for a new tshirt?!
We feel very ashamed with this and we are now removing our services with them.
We expect our samples refund money from the (worst) Premium Service and Customer Service ever!

Horrible quality print and even worse customer service. Out of 34 samples costing $1400 and after waiting over 3 weeks for delivery, 14 of the samples we ordered were unacceptable. We couldn't understand how such bad quality print would even pass the quality control at the printer! They gave us a run around and never made it right even though they promised to do so multiple times. Honestly, Printify doesn't even deserve 1 star. They lure you in with low prices and produce totally unacceptable results. Don't waste your time with these losers.
