A complete mess! We placed an order 18 days ago and it has still not been delivered to the customer. They kept the printed product for a week before sending it to the postal company, which meant another 7 days delay for our customer on top of an already long processing time! Will not use them again.

Hello. Your order has been in production for 5 Business days, then, it was handed to UPS for delivery. Once the parcel is in the hands of UPS, Printify cannot unfortunately speed up the delivery process.

Easy to use and the support staff are great too. If it supported printing on the back and supported caps it would be ideal.

As a newbie seller and shop builder, Printify makes it easy to work with them thanks to having great integrations. They also have in-app API tools for Shopify, which makes it game-changing-ly easy to add products to my shop. Vulnerable Targets donates 50% of every sale to animal conservation nonprofits and getting our products posted and online fast makes us a much better business.

Within the first test run of hoodies one did not show up, after 6 weeks. They only offered a refund with a large amount of back and forth and refused to reprint the hoodie which shows a huge lack of concern for customer experience. We will not be ordering our bulk of hoodies through this anymore, due to the fact that it is unreliable.

Over 100 of our orders will be fulfilled in 12-29 business days (it changed from 10-18 business days over night) but 99% of them we can't cancel because after 1-2 days the status switches from "unfulfilled to "in progress". This is terrible, even Printful gave us more days to cancel our orders. My customers are starting to complain and if we get too many refund requests Paypal will close our account, then we can close our business. I understand you are impacted by covid-19 but you just can't force the shop owner after two days to wait for another 29 business days without the option to cancel. This is like a trap or something. Printify replied to my email saying they could possibly cancel these orders, I replied "go ahead" but they haven't replied back for the past 2 days again and now it's weekend... (no phone number, no chat option, only email) nope, seems like they only care about their own gains! Don't get fooled by the message below from "developer", no manager got in touch with me like they say.

Sorry to hear about that. Some of our print providers are experiencing delays but once the order was sent to production, it may be hard to cancel it. Nevertheless, we want to make it up to you, this is why, one of our managers will be in touch with you within the next 24 hours to see how we can make it right.

Everything is great but most of the items are too expensive. Would love to do business if sweatshirts were cheaper to produce.

quality was bad. you scaled down a print between small and medium over an inch and a half, from 7" to 5.5", that is more than a 20%. then tell me its correct and wont refund the price. Also, items were not packaged individually and I never got an answer why.

Over all very good, has good pricing and product selection.

BUT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. ONLY SUPPORT BY EMAIL. THIS COMPANY REALLY NEEDS TO RETHINK THEIR SUPPORT MODEL WHEN THEIR APP BREAKS.

I am on my 10th Misprint in a month out of approx. 20 t-shirts. Vendors are hit or miss. Some do good work others poor work. You pay the price finding out. They do not have a handle on their business. All vendors should do QC on items going out the door. if you can not make a professional product then stop selling defective products. There is no excuse.
