Probably the most affordable drop shipping companies out there. My experience with printify is phenomenal!

I subscribed to this app trying to use a coupon code that was giving me a one-month free Premium Membership. After subscribing, I was not able to apply the coupon anymore because, according to a Printify employee, that code was no longer valid - I had to trust them for telling me the truth on this one, though I still have my doubts on the coupon having had expired.
When I saw the coupon was not working, I cancelled my subscription a couple of minutes later. And when I asked for a reimbursement, I was declined based on TOS that say "Please note that you must unsubscribe before the renewal date to avoid charges for the following month. Printify Premium Plan charges cannot be refunded." I tried explaining to them that this was not a RENEWAL but a NEW membership. When I asked for an exception, I was politely declined. Again.
Because of this "customer service" I do not intend to use their services ever. So, my account still has a balance - credit that I received due to a subscription bonus - and it will stay there forever, actually for "as long as Printify exists". They suggested me to place a sample order to "benefit" from the bonus even after telling them I was not inclined to use their services ever.
I would give them ZERO (NO) stars if possible! They have to westernize their services and make EXCEPTIONS, especially on exceptional cases! LIKE THIS ONE!
UPDATE:
I was contacted by one of the seniors who solved the problem and refunded the Premium Membership fee - though I received less than I was charged for because of the exchange rate.
I do hope their employees will start acting on behalf of the customer and try to solve the problem by getting help from their seniors/superiors BEFORE reviews are posted by us - the customers. The employees should also be UPDATED on coupons validity. According to the senior who connected with me, the coupon is valid thru 2020.
I changed my star rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

Printify is the best POD company I've worked with. I ordered some stainless steel water bottles and mugs and quality is just impressive! My clients love it. Now, these are my bestseller products in my store. Thanks Printify for your great products!

Their t-shirts are dope! I just ordered 10 samples of tees in different colours and designs and all of them look just perfect. Very good print, soft fabric and nice tee colours. Let's start our journey, Printify!

I am using Printify for my merch store and I truly love the quality. The print always looks very clear and almost never washes off. I have clients who bought shirts 2 years ago, and they are saying that they still look like new.

The customer service is extremely responsive, nice, and personal. The site is ridiculously easy to use, and my first order was confirmed and shipped extremely fast. I look forward to using Printify for a long time, thanks guys!

Working with Printify for the last 3 months and I might say that I was impressed each time when interacting with the merchant support , was getting the reply from them in an hour for any of my inquires. The products arrived on time for my customers and they were satisfied and received only a positive feedback from them .

This app ruined my business with their garbage prints. i started getting lots of complains from customers for the bad quality of the prints ( they also sent me photos so i know what i'm saying ) so i left the app a few days ago and the worst thing is that since then they stopped replying to my emails. i'm still waiting to be refunded for a hoodie that was already in production! wrote to them about this NO REPLY in days. i don't want to be charged for another month of subscription to their app since i won't be using it , considering i unsubscribed, uninstalled, deleted shop and account and everything possible! and considerng they are literally STEALING MY MONEY not refunding me! i contacted Shopify multiple times and they were so kind as always and reached out to them about this subscription matter but guess what? NO REPLY. EVEN TO SHOPIFY.
