Easy to sign up, easy to add stuff and order a sample. but when a supplier makes a mistake in shipping they won't refund you. "Oh the policy is 30 days 45 days" yeah yeah why don't you guys show us the policy before I make a payment? and why don't you guys back up the users when the mistake is from the supplier? well, no problem here, a company who cannot properly ship a shirt from Us to Canada ...
