Great app, highly recommended.
I just started using Printify last week, but so far they have been great. There was a quality issue with part of a design and i was contacted very quickly and the issue was taken care of. That order was only in production for 22 hours before it shipped! That's customer service!
I made a test order for my first serious client in the end of November. It's 20th of December and I still did not get my order. Customer support is not responding.. Probably will not get an order until Christmas.
Not sure what your future plans are, but with such service today you can loose millions of potential revenue in the future. The part of it, you just probably did.
We are very sorry about the delayed order. Our print providers have been very busy due to the high amount of sales, nevertheless, we want to make it up to you. Therefore, one of our agents will get back to you within the next 24 hours.
Great product, would be nice to be able to put words on the back of the apparel. Also, would be awesome if it carried ball caps that you could print on.
Samples are great! Exactly what I was hoping for!
Terrible Shipping (DHL). I still haven't received my samples that I ordered 9+ Days ago that is shipping to Hawaii. Tracking currently says it should arrive on September 19. That is 21 Days after they first shipped the package from their offices. Hopefully Printify can figure out a way to get a better shipping partner for their future business. They get two stars because they have great customer service.
Great choice of items, great pricing, easy to use interface, and I received a call from an actual person after completing my first order! I highly recommend this app.
