The app itself is easy and great to use. Only a couple of complaints. Shipping for sample orders takes FOREVER. Also, it’s confusing (if it’s even possible at all) to make one design available for multiple articles of clothing without doing it manually. I wish from a clients point of view, that I could select a product and then select which design I want on it. Also, they advertise that your logo can go on the garment tag (inner back neck), but I haven’t seen that option on any of the available products yet.

Regarding inner labels, it is available for particular products and print providers. You see available print area "Neck label" in the product view of the catalog. If you can't find, feel free to ask our support at merchantsupport@printify.com, they will help you out!
Ordered a sample of a 100% cotton pullover hoodie, got sent an 80%C 20%P zip-up. Some of the stitching in the logo was also torn.
My last order from feb 26 has not been fulfilled i got no reply when i asked about it so printful gets an F 0 stars
We are sorry to hear that, but we are Printify, not Printful. Since you are not happy with Printful, you are welcome to place orders with Printify.
Great design portal, but everything else about this app sucks. You cannot change your collection image and the descriptions never sync correctly with Shopify. Their customer service is a joke. Their live chat is a rouse and nonexistent. Their product prices are very high as well.
Very user friendly. Only problem is that shipping costs are far too high. If you're able to print elsewhere and stock items you can ship for a fraction of the cost.

Printify as a company is great! I would give them 5 stars. But the Printify plugin for Shopify could use some improvements (eg., adding a new design sometimes takes a few tries). But overall it is a stable app and also quite well designed.

Printify as a whole is a great company with really fantastic customer service.
The app is slick and works really well. Their product selection is also really nice, and they add things quite frequently.
The print quality is that of DTG (okay at best and definitely no where near screen printing). We have a decent amount of problems with print quality but I will be clear that is NOT Printify's fault and does not reflect the company. When we do have a problem they are quick to fix and reprint the items at no cost to us and will expedite shipping.
Also Tom from Printify has been extremely helpful and thorough whenever we have a question or need help.
