Printify: Print on Demand

Pretty Incredible!!!!! Quick, fast, and effective. I absolutely love the quality and customer care they provide.

Absolutely terrific service! We started our unofficial non-profit business on the platform in late March as a way to benefit some COVID-related charities, and Printify has come through for us in a big way.

Setup was smooth, adding our design, choosing products, choosing vendors, etc. And adding items to our Shopify store was literally a breeze. A single click.

When we first started, we tried using Squarespace, that didn’t really work, so we moved to Shopify. Our options for printing were going to be limited to either Printful or Printify based on reviews from other businesses. We tried Printful and loved it, though their prices were a bit high. What really made it a no-go was that they had so many closures of their printing facilities that it looked like they couldn’t take our business at all.

So we pushed forward with Printify. Since launch, there have definitely been some issues, but their support is second to none. Responses within as little as 30 minutes, almost every issue was resolved in under 2 hours.
After about 10 days, though, we ran into a major issue. One of our printers had totally shut down, so 100ish orders were sitting in limbo, already late. Printify told us what happened and introduced a new feature to help route the replacement products elsewhere. THIS IS THE BEST TOOL TO GET THROUGH COVID WITH GARMENT PRINTING! It was so simple to hoodies moved to be printed in the same facility with our sweatshirts, albeit the hoodie brand was then different from what we wanted. We told our customers what happened and most were extremely understanding. Now they’ve completed our backlog of orders and we’ve accepted quite a few new ones with much shorter delays.

Once our clothing started to reach our customers, a few of them reported some quality issues. Of course any bad experience is a big deal, but the process to get replacements made was, again, unbelievably simple. Printify was completely understanding and apologetic and told me they would work to prevent the issues described from ever happening again.

I could go on and on about how great they’ve been to work with. If you’re worried about which provider to start with, don’t be. Jump right in with Printify! It could not be any easier.

I am updating this review from a 1star to a 5star and I will tell you why. The issues we were having with Printify have been completely resolved by their customer service rep Sabrina. She is a god send to the work we do with Printify. ANY issue we have had going forward she has fixed. She responds quickly, is kind and incredibly helpful and patient with us. Our work is unique because our products help save animals in need. So her help means more to us than you can know. Our products through Printify are high quality and are shipped well before their terms. Which is great. Our customers never have to wait long for their orders. I have nothing negative to say about our experience now with Printify. Now I can confidently say if you are looking for a POD company with high quality products than Printify is for you.

I love this app. customer service is prompt and efficient. they are always upgrading their app and items which I love. Beats any other POD apps out there.

A lot of (pod) companies say they are great for start up businesses. But these guys really are. Their site is easy to navigate, add and edit products and a centralized interface to view orders and products and sales. One of their greatest accomplishments is their great customer service! As merchants dealing with print on demands we often run into issues somewhere in the supply and demands chain but printify does a Superb job at minimizing those issues with quick and satisfactory resolution.

The only con is they may have less products for customization than custom cat. But their app is much better. I only wish I could continue to afford the premium plan but recently medical issues came with medical bills.
But I literally love the guys and gals over at printify so please if you're looking for a good POD app with great customer and consumer service then look no further.
