In regards to Printify themselves, they seem to do a good job. The problem is that they are basically a broker and have no involvement with the production process. Almost every shirt that me or my customers have gotten through them has had problems and complaints.

Be careful while using Printify.. They cancel many orders and sometimes they make you wait 10+ days and then they cancel it so by the time you fix all of this your customers have to wait almost a month to get their orders. They cancelled so many of our orders over and over again and there is virtually no customer support. Their system also has a lot of glitches so be prepared for that while ...

Awful, just awful! No phone #, no merchant service. They remind me of the merchants from the 1850's selling to gold miners. No gold miner ever made money, but the people who sold them the dream certainly did. I can't wait to find other providers, keep inventory, ANYTHING, to get away from Printify. Build your store on something else.

I will continue to add updates til this is solved: I'm sad after reading others, why would they place/receive orders after me and for me nothing happens? We have had nothing but difficulties with the Printify service, and I don't think it's right that we have to hope and pray that when an order is submitted that it gets processed correctly. Shopify and Printify have large technical problems with their interfacing of ordering systems and the customer support is monumentally poor. Printify users, be aware if you're dealing with items that take over 30 days to deliver, you may be out of luck if things go sour. This company will lie directly to you and try and get away with it. We have a small store for our gaming community and some people had been waiting for dog tags to arrive (they no longer sell this item, I wonder why...)

HORRIBLE!!! I've sent multiple orders into production four days ago and NOTHING!! No movement on them getting produced but WORSE...I can't get anyone to respond to my emails! There's no contact email that is answered (I've emailed their customer care email without response!) so I have 5 orders just sitting there...I can't cancel because noone repsonds!! Don't use this app!
