We have had nothing but difficulties with the Printify service, and I don't think it's right that we have to hope and pray that when an order is submitted that it gets processed correctly. Shopify and Printify have large technical problems with their interfacing of ordering systems and the customer support is monumentally poor. Stay away from this app unless you want to spend you time apologizing to customers and processing refunds.

Printify users, be aware if you're dealing with items that take over 30 days to deliver, you may be out of luck if things go sour. This company will lie directly to you and try and get away with it. We have a small store for our gaming community and some people had been waiting for dog tags to arrive (they no longer sell this item, I wonder why...)
These had been ordered in December but due to the shipping crisis and also because the customers are in SEA, it had taken months for things to arrive. Fast forward to today, we had a conversation in our Discord about the items and it had come to my attention that 6 of the buyers had still not received theirs after 5 months. Printify then went on to feed me a story about how they can't follow it up because shipping companies reuse the tracking numbers in that time frame (this is a lie, it takes years for this to happen) and would only offer a refund if it was in the 30-day window. After some complaining, they went on to say they will only offer a refund on two of the items. While this isn't much money, and in the end, I don't care about the money at all, it's the principle of how they handled it and tried to get away with lying to me about how logistics companies quickly reuse tracking numbers. This is apparently the reason why they can't follow this up from their end.
All they had to do, is refund me the small amount, I would have gladly left my subscription intact and it would have been a review about how they handled the situation. I'm not going to pay for items that 100% were never produced or shipped.
I have had multiple issues now with them now due to items being marked as shipped and they hadn't been slow shipping and terrible print quality.

HORRIBLE!!! I've sent multiple orders into production four days ago and NOTHING!! No movement on them getting produced but WORSE...I can't get anyone to respond to my emails! There's no contact email that is answered (I've emailed their customer care email without response!) so I have 5 orders just sitting there...I can't cancel because noone repsonds!! Don't use this app!
Printify app is easy to work with BUT be aware that fulfillment takes 2-3X longer than what is listed as "average production time" under each product. For example, phone case = 1.64 days production time. ACTUAL is 6+ days fulfillment only after I had inquired about the status with a live chat. Add shipping time ON TOP of that.
To summarize: Expect MINIMUM 4 days to indefinite for fulfillment time during off-peak times. Order at your own risk during the holidays!
This app ruined my business with their garbage prints. i started getting lots of complains from customers for the bad quality of the prints ( they also sent me photos so i know what i'm saying ) so i left the app a few days ago and the worst thing is that since then they stopped replying to my emails. i'm still waiting to be refunded for a hoodie that was already in production! wrote to them about this NO REPLY in days. i don't want to be charged for another month of subscription to their app since i won't be using it , considering i unsubscribed, uninstalled, deleted shop and account and everything possible! and considerng they are literally STEALING MY MONEY not refunding me! i contacted Shopify multiple times and they were so kind as always and reached out to them about this subscription matter but guess what? NO REPLY. EVEN TO SHOPIFY.

While the products are cheaper compared to other POD websites, the support is extremely lazy, lethargic, and unprofessional. My Printify premium account is active on paper but none of the product prices are different than a regular non-premium account. I raised the issue with the support and facilitated all the screenshots they asked for, 2 weeks ago. I spoke to 4 people since then who all agreed that the issue is indeed valid but when asked for the resolution, their standard reply is that the tech team is looking into it and that they'll get back at earliest. It's been two weeks and no reply whatsoever even after umpteen follow-ups. My entire premium account got wasted since the month is almost over. Highly disappointed. No wonder people move out to Printful as soon as they scale.

Very bad service. They are totally understaffed and they cannot handle the load during holiday seasons. I have a bunch of orders waiting for 10 days in the queue and still no shipping. Try Printful if you want fast processing and shipping, even during holiday season. These guys at Printify are amateurs unfortunately.

Great app and support, but the quality of prints for apparel is embarrassing. I wouldn't recommend going through the time to build a store and have sub par prints sent to your customers. Received multiple samples and prints were either faded, cracked, or felt like plastic (cheaper print?). Would recommend looking at better suppliers to handle your fulfilment.

I have had the Printify app installed for over a year now. I really wanted this company to be my one stop print on demand solution. I have now had too many bad experiences with Printify to recommend them at all.
Urgent order? There is no urgency on their end--or a way to communicate with the manufacturer. Rush shipping? Can't do that either (but if you go direct to the manufacturer, you can). Recently I have had to wait 12+ hours to get a reply to an urgent matter. They need to hire more customer service reps. In another order, the support told me that I should allow 6 weeks for the order to arrive. I asked them if they have ever dealt with real customers, because in an Amazon world of 2 day delivery, 6 weeks simply won't cut it and I had an irate customer on my hands. Go direct to the manufacturer and-- they can actually ship it is 3-5 days.
Lastly, shipping costs for standard shipping are crazy expensive. $15 for a throw pillow? Order more than one of an item and you don't get any reduction in shipping costs; it's a flat fee x number of products, which can become crazy expensive for standard shipping.
Sorry Printify, but too many issues over time to count you as a reliable source for fast delivery.
