Thank you. Easy to use! Maybe the t-shirt mock up could be better in 3D and give more variations or brand.
Great. Easy. Love the products. Still trying to figure out how to integrate customer personalization but so far...amazingly easy.
Within the first test run of hoodies one did not show up, after 6 weeks. They only offered a refund with a large amount of back and forth and refused to reprint the hoodie which shows a huge lack of concern for customer experience. We will not be ordering our bulk of hoodies through this anymore, due to the fact that it is unreliable.

Very nice app. However, be aware that if you create 'too many' products, only a portion off them will be visible to edit on the app. Also, make sure you change the "collection" settings at the bottom of each product creation/mock generator page so that your items will not be grouped in collections.

The Printify team was doing well before the pandemic but since the start it has been a struggle.
Over the last week I've issued five emails for one support request with no response at all from Printify - I have over 300 orders sitting waiting for processing.
I would highly recommend going with another vendor in the short term until they can get their customer service in order.

I studied some Print of Demand apps, Printify app I liked more and I chose it for my new store. It's hard to launch a new store during such a period, but it's the best way to see how the Printify team works in such conditions, when every order may take their attention. I'm completely satisfied with their support, it's always very helpful, I was in contact with many employees already and they do their best to solve the troubles and questions.
The app itself is made brilliant, it's the best solution I've ever seen. The interface is clear and very convenient to use. I don't plan to find something else )

So happy with Printify. The quality of the Bella+Canvas products is great, turn around time is fantastic, and support is right there if you have any issues. Overall an easy 5 stars from us.
