I used this app to create my brand's sneakers. I liked how the shoes were so close to the mock-ups I created. It would be nice if the time to get the shoes to me or my customers was faster. I suggest to make sure you have plenty of time for the delivery.

It is true that our custom-printed shoes are currently only offered by one print provider that is located in China, so the shipping to most destinations will take a bit longer.

That said, our team is constantly exploring other print provider options, in order to expand our ever-growing printing network with more locations worldwide.

Easy to use - perfect, interesting to see how it will perform

Honest review: The designer tool is very easy to use and integrate into the shop. However, they aren't available to chat during normal business hours (I live in the United States), which I find odd. Secondly, setting up shipping rates for Printify and non-Printify items is extremely, extremely difficult and I have been working with Shopify to try and solve this problem for 2 days now. Still no fix. Printify, since they aren't open during normal business hours, hasn't been able to help. This has been the biggest issue. Overall I give them 4/5 because the integration and the design is very user-friendly and simple. The shipping is just hard to set up, even when using the Printify calculator, if you're attempting to sell both Printify & non-Printify items.

This App over is great, especially if you have your own art to use. Where they fall short is designing custom shirts and I’ve had a fulfillment issue with kids clothing. The app doesn’t keep track of or product quantities so I had an order come in went to fulfill it and then was told the product was out of stock.

3.16.2021 Update:
I have currently been working with a Printify manager since my last review. I was able to get my site back up and running, and have been having open dialogue about some the technical issues I have been having. All of which have been addressed. I look forward to continuing my business relationship with Printify. 3.2.2021
I have been using this app for roughly six months. My experience at first was pretty good. However, since then I have had more than enough problems with the print providers sending products that have numerous printing errors. Mind you customer service has been great at getting reprints or refunds executed. However, this affects the overall experience my customer is receiving. Here recently I have had technical issues that has prevented me from making any sales and creating products. Again, customer service is great with responding regarding the status of my issue. Unfortunately, it is very frustrating when two weeks down the road I'm still receiving the same canned answer that "my issue has been escalated to the technical team". While I sit and wait for someone to get back to me regarding this issue, now I'm forced to decide whether to close the store and look elsewhere. I need a resolution now. Print on Demand is a novel concept and very helpful for a small business. This app could be a zillion times better if there were simple quality control checks before merchandise is sent out from the print provider, and that when technical issues arise, that a dedicated person would be assigned to help mitigate the problems immediately.

4 stars instead of a 5 stars-only because, of three issues; needing more options with the hats. Snap back/flat brim, and baseball hat with snap back are popular with my customers, and printify can improve there. Also, the yoga leggings would be better if there was a 70-30 blend, the ones on here are not stretchy enough and a little too tight (my customers who bought leggings gave me the feed back, I value my customers feedback) and lastly, the printing area on the shirts (especially in the back) my brand is recognized by my logo on the top/middle of the back of the shirt-the locker tag area, and most shirts on here have a printing area of the middle of the back of the shirt, the only option is a gildian 100% cotton-which I won't put my brand on. Outside of those three issues, I am happy with printify, I sent a message on my issues and Irene helped me today and I'm grateful for that. The mock ups are great, and user friendly. There's a ton of options with everything on here. I've looked at a lot of the competitors , and they lack in one way or another. another suggestions, option to add branding to tagging area. Adding our brand is HUGE. Overall- I like this app, and I definitely will recommend it to people wanting to get their brand going in the e-commerce world.

Some of our print providers already offer printing inner and outer neck labels for branding - Merch Made Easy and Textildruck Europa. It is possible to filter by these print providers in our catalog, if you would like to see all their offered products.

I love the overall quality of products, good printing, good materials, but doesn't have flexibility when it comes to printing on anything other than the front or back of a clothing.

So far so good. I just added this app (2 JUN 2018) in order to offer custom sports bras through my store. The design process is simple and intuitive. The product looks good, however, since I have not yet seen the quality of the product I cannot add that 5th star just yet. I ordered a sample. If the quality is as promised I'll add the 5th star to this review. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the process and the ease of working with the app.

I only started working with Printify for 2-3 weeks now and there were quite of bit of 3rd party manufacturing mistakes and issues and problems with customer service. I had 4 issues total with my products (all different). The customer service reps: Hong and Jaylyn were trying to evade helping me with getting a refund (it was hard for no reason) and blame me for the poor quality printed work that was provided to me from Printify's 3rd party manufacturer by stating that it's printed the same as my original piece and that my images were not enough to prove the poor quality even though they were...I can clearly see the difference and I received my fine art print warped and blurry and discolored. It was not at all accurate to my original art piece I created.

I was attempting to get a refund and finally Jaylyn did provide that but stated it was a one-time thing because my images were not good enough to their standards to prove what I was stating was true or not. I have no reason to lie. If I liked the print, I wouldn't have reached out at all...

BTW the company I used for the fine art prints with Printify was Prodigi, not recommended at all. The fine art print also has a black rectangle on the image's border which makes it look unprofessional.

The customer service was helpful in one way when I got the other items reprinted but with the refund, it's a lot harder for some reason. I felt I wasn't treated well by the customer service staff as they would copy and paste the same things they've said to me before and send it again and they would just end the chat when I wasn't done with my questions. I am thinking of switching more of my products to Printful or something else as I only started with Printify and they have shown me what it's like to work with them. It's not good.

* There is an update to my review * Cameron, one of the customer service representatives reached out to me to make things right. And she did! She went above and beyond, which is something I am used to with Shopify! Which is why I decided to work with Prinitify in the first place. Shopify has always been great with customer service and I appreciate them for being so kind and helpful.

Cameron took the time to listen to me, read what I actually wrote to her, and was very compassionate about the situation. I hope that Printify's customer service can continuously be helpful in this manner.
