The app itself is great and the product selection fantastic but this is only really viable if you are a US based business with US customers. The shipping costs for any product to outside of the US is crazy expensive to the point that it is not commercially viable. A pity.

There are some products that are printed and shipped from the UK - and so you could use these. However - previous point stands - vast majority is US / Canada with >$10 shipping for international per item.
Not Beginner friendly. what do beginners do , if the design resolution doesnt allow you to SAVE PRODUCT. completely stuck ...Its very frustrating & time consuming to get Tee shirts designed. We need more options for design!

Our mockup generator is designed to minimize design errors to avoid bad prints, and that's why it's not possible to save products with low resolution-designs. We have some detailed articles about how to create a high-quality design file easily, and we are sure it would help you.

Easy to use and the support staff are great too. If it supported printing on the back and supported caps it would be ideal.
So far so good, it has its slight flaws and errrors, but for the most part of it, pretty smooth. The customer service agents get back to you swiftly if you have any questions and take care of any of the problems you have. For screen printed garments on demand with U.K. Suppliers and with the interface and range of products.... yeah it's pretty good. If your a uk based business, definitely give it a go.

After some disruption due to Covid-19, service has improved. Availability of product is influenced by 3rd party suppliers - worth paying attention to their ratings.

I just downloaded the app yesterday and so far I'm still learning. Its been fun and I think as soon as I get used to the system, I would have a much easier understanding on how to use this. I can't wait to order the samples and see the quality of the product!

So far so good on the app. I wish they would make the business discount for everyone or make it a 1 time fee.
Easy to use and understand. Cheaper than Printful. However any shipping rate outside of the United State is very poor and expensive.
