Printify: Print on Demand

Poor customer service. One customer's product never arrived. It was outside the 30 days (too short) time period and refused to re-print and ship or refund.

Beware! They delete your published products.

I recently discovered dozens and dozens of my product inventory were deleted on the Printify side. Products that took hours of my life to create and upload to Shopify. I am a one person team.

They have a policy that if your products haven't sold that they can just delete them. Mind you I have spent almost $3k in the past ordering products.

Customer service was both helpful and snarky when trying to get this resolved and unfortunately it was not resolved. My products were not recoverable. Only option is to recreate them.

I use other PODs and I don't think they would even dream of deleting published inventory.

I discovered this randomly and can't imagine how many other stores are affected.

Do better, Printify.

This app is complete garbage, top to bottom. I used this looking for an alternative to my pervious drop-shop T-Shirt app. After using their glitchy creation process, I created a design and order 3 sample tshirts. When the shirts came, not only was the quality poor on the print but the print melted and stuck together which ruined the shirts. I reached out to their JOKE of customer "support" org only, after 3 tries to get a partial refund. Don't waste your time with this joke of a company

I do not recommend them. They do not have reliable vendors who ship on time. They often just create shipping labels to make it seem like orders have been sent, but there are no clear timelines for when items will actually arrive. They tend to defend their partners and do not show concern for the customer experience.

This app is so broken, it's ridiculous.
- Almost all the same features as 5 years ago, no development happened.
- API has issues and doesn't work properly.
- Product copying issues
- You have no way to look up the products that are synced if you want to link a lot of external products.
- Outages where you are not able to work.

Buy hey, offering a premium subscriptions for not having even basic features working properly is the way to go these days I guess. This app is stuck in the stone age and probably will be there forever.

Even if you try to automate something with a chrome extension because the plugin has a severe lack of features, your limited to the fact that's it's also broken and unreliable. That's crazy, as soon as you have more than the most basic setup, it failes.

No one will ever contact you if you have an issue with an order. You start a small business and expect support from your vendor but Printify is not a partner to you nor will you get any support. They will let issues ruin your business.

The inability to speak with a person makes seemingly small issues march larger. We have to use Gemini, Youtube, and other resources at times to find the answers to our questions. We understand that they want to keep the cost down and having actual customer service reps to answer a call over mundane issues is expensive. Even Google and Meta have live people to help if only to help escalate issues faster or to the appropriate department. Once we have a steady customer base we are going to look into production on our own as Printify doesn't have the customer support we require at times.

Horrendous markup, slow fulfillment, and often terrible print quality across various shirts.

horrible experience with this company and an order a customer never received. because the customer didn't reach out to us the store owner within 30 days Printify won't reprint nor refund the order WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES WHO DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB! The order was paid for and printify NEVER printed nor shipped it. So crap company and NO ONE should use them.

No discounts for high volume sellers.
