Printify: Print on Demand

When asked why my products would not migrate into Printify, I began a long journey of a frustrating emails trying to ask one question. For over a month I have received emails that stated "we need to forward this to the tech department". As of today I have not received a solid answer to this question.
I do not recommend this company just for the fact that the communication department relies highly on AI to answer the questions.

Products go out of stock constantly and they never comeback. Tried republishing over and over. More than half of my Products are out of stock and cant sell anymore I guess

This app is great! The interface makes it easy to use, and it works well with Shopify. It made our work so much easier and faster. Printify also has many eco-friendly products.

Terrible Support & System Bug Ignored

Printify flagged valid customer addresses and phone numbers as “invalid,” blocking order fulfillment. After hours with support, I was told to “use another provider” instead of anyone investigating the issue.

This wasn’t a user error — it was clearly a system glitch between Printify Choice and their hidden print provider. Yet no one took ownership, no escalation was provided, and the order remains stuck.

If your business relies on dependable fulfillment and real support when things go wrong, beware — Printify leaves you stranded.

Do not even bother with this app! I have been trying to get a login issue resolved for almost a month now and they just don't respond now.

There is no excuse for the lack of customer service they provide. What a waste of time!

I was using Printful for my product designs, but their products are expensive when paying for the product to be made! So I switched to Printify, way cheaper, more products, and easier setup. As a first time business owner to other first-timers, I highly recommend Prinitfy over Printful in all aspects.

Printify delibarely hide their taxes at checkout, and you are only aware of the taxes once you have paid.

Practices like this are illegal in Australia, but they don't seem to really care.

Their prices are also an absolute scam unless you use Printify Premium...

So far its worth the 30 bucks a month. Just ordered a test shirt to see how they show up. With what i have been able to do in the last month as a new business owner who thought they were just going to zendrop everything is crazy. You spend a lot of time designing stuff but its actually kind of your stuff you are selling not some random generic logo products. Charging seems straight forward. 30 a month subscription and you pay for products out of pocket before they are shipped. expect to have the money on hand for sales if using shopify because they only pay out certain days or something. over time you could just leave money in your shopify balance to cover sales.

Easy to use, great AI ideas and I ordered a sample, the quality of the print and the shirts are top notch!!! I've bought and sold a lot of shirts in the past, ones I bought online feelt cheap and flimsy, these are the quality I used to sell at my store in the mall!

It's OK... could be better. More premium items; better and faster communication with customer service; I was on hold for a live agent just recently and nothing. I think I was in queue for an hour and no response.
