What could have been a 5 star review has been reduced to 1 in less than 48 hours. I have used Printtify to order a couple thousand dollars worth of merchandise in the last 30 days for election relation items. I receive an email 3 days ago saying my orders are on hold becuase the printer ran out of banks, with instructions to transfer the orders to another provider that don't work. Not just a couple of items over a dozen in some orders. I figure maybe I am doing something wrong. I find no way to contact a live person to help me with hundreds of dollars of orders pending. emails go answered, chat box goes unanswered, nothing. Total silence. My card has been charged almost $1000 with nothing to show for it and no help transferring these orders to providers that can actually handle the orders they are getting. If I don't hear back today I am back charging the charges on my credit card and will make it clear to anyone considering using this service that to do so is at their own peril. Tech support shouldn't take 2 days! And if you're going to own a business like this have at least ONE person who can answer a telephone. I am VERY upset at the prospect of having to refund THOUSANDS of dollars in client fees NOT TO MENTION the response from those clients. IF this company comes through I will update this review.

Avoid this company for their shipping times alone. My customers are waiting an average of 2.5 weeks for shipment. Printify will blame it on the shipping companies but it is NOT. They first ship through DHL who then transfer shipment to the post office. I've had 6 customer complaints in two weeks and had to fully refund FOUR orders and reimburse shipping for several others. I reached out several times about this issue and was told that they've faced unexpected volume, blamed this shipping companies or some other excuse. I've lost money on every sale, they haven't offered me any kind of a refund. I'll admit they make nice shirts but there shipping times will piss off your customers and you'll end up reimbursing them anyway! Avoid this t-shirt fulfillment company.

The quality of the DTG was terrible. I can do better myself!! The customer service was good tho. But not enough for me to forget the quality vs price difference. I wish I had chosen Printful first.

Ordered a sample of a 100% cotton pullover hoodie, got sent an 80%C 20%P zip-up. Some of the stitching in the logo was also torn.

We are sorry to hear that, but we are Printify, not Printful. Since you are not happy with Printful, you are welcome to place orders with Printify.

Great design portal, but everything else about this app sucks. You cannot change your collection image and the descriptions never sync correctly with Shopify. Their customer service is a joke. Their live chat is a rouse and nonexistent. Their product prices are very high as well.

Re:Support, forget it. Well the shipping zones didn't work right, not saying I didn't do something wrong. I contacted their support and the "live" chat says, usually responds within a few hours, ok, let me try anyway. So I reach support by waiting 3.5 hours, explain the problem in detail and they give me a standard setup FAQ. I tell them those steps don't work, wait 15 minutes for them to see this message and 10 more for them respond. They send me another article, I walk through it and tell them it's all done, it takes them 15 minutes to see that message and 10 to respond with a walk through video that is 3 years out of date on the interfaces. I tell them I did the steps in that video anyway by poking around. I am now at almost 5 hours, waiting for them to read my message. I totally expect they will tell me to read something else without reading all the words I wrote. If you think you might EVER need vendor support, do not install this app. I'm still waiting.

I used this app to create aop tees but I am in Canada and the prices are all in US $. An AOP tee was $22 US and the shipping was $12 US = $34US. That is $44.20 CDN and I can't charge more than $45 for a tee even if it is AOP. Not to mention the tee is only a 4oz tee so probably see through. I will not be using this app going forward. Therefore, I gave it one star based on price for me, in Canada.

Very poor customer service. My order near 2 weeks doesn't ship out. I try to contact with them through many channel: Chat, email, ...no reply
The chat box not available now, so it's very difficult to contact with them. Email never reply
