I subscribed to this app trying to use a coupon code that was giving me a one-month free Premium Membership. After subscribing, I was not able to apply the coupon anymore because, according to a Printify employee, that code was no longer valid - I had to trust them for telling me the truth on this one, though I still have my doubts on the coupon having had expired.
When I saw the coupon was not working, I cancelled my subscription a couple of minutes later. And when I asked for a reimbursement, I was declined based on TOS that say "Please note that you must unsubscribe before the renewal date to avoid charges for the following month. Printify Premium Plan charges cannot be refunded." I tried explaining to them that this was not a RENEWAL but a NEW membership. When I asked for an exception, I was politely declined. Again.
Because of this "customer service" I do not intend to use their services ever. So, my account still has a balance - credit that I received due to a subscription bonus - and it will stay there forever, actually for "as long as Printify exists". They suggested me to place a sample order to "benefit" from the bonus even after telling them I was not inclined to use their services ever.
I would give them ZERO (NO) stars if possible! They have to westernize their services and make EXCEPTIONS, especially on exceptional cases! LIKE THIS ONE!
UPDATE:
I was contacted by one of the seniors who solved the problem and refunded the Premium Membership fee - though I received less than I was charged for because of the exchange rate.
I do hope their employees will start acting on behalf of the customer and try to solve the problem by getting help from their seniors/superiors BEFORE reviews are posted by us - the customers. The employees should also be UPDATED on coupons validity. According to the senior who connected with me, the coupon is valid thru 2020.
I changed my star rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

Printify is great for most things and has a nice clean UI and good customer service, but the embroidery on the hats and beanies were a bit lackluster, I wasn't impressed by the quality. Overall though one of the better POD companies out there.

I will continue to add updates til this is solved: I'm sad after reading others, why would they place/receive orders after me and for me nothing happens? I don't get the chat replies these people mention, takes days? Even before this truly bad experience it was at least a full day before any reply and nothing ever get solved. Anyway my log... 12/6/2019, Before you choice this app over printful... Understand a couple things. every product you print will have an extra couple days of Quality check before it goes into production. I understand they say it is only done once but that isn't my experience. If your end product is sold on Amazon remember that amazon is 1-2 day for production. You will have to add several days to thing and remove shipping for anything less then 4 days. This has caused me issues. updated 12/9/2019... Still item has not shipped (ordered on 3rd). Looks like the printer i use has increased his production time to 4+ days. add in the shipping time and maybe customers can get this in 2 weeks? Communication is very weak, chat replied take usually over a day for a response. Even then it is generic and not very helpful. 12/12/219 no progress, I used DTG2GO. I'm told they called them to see why the order was delayed but no response. I'm think the responses here is robotic since they are not personal and no one ever responds to them. So timeline, order was on 3rd and quality check approved on 4th. List as picked on 5th. Week later still nothing. DTG2GO... I'm working through Amazon so WARNING: this is will not work for Amazon orders. Amazon requires firm time frames requirements. DO NOT use this app for Amazon products. I filled 7 orders using Printful since then.

We have had nothing but difficulties with the Printify service, and I don't think it's right that we have to hope and pray that when an order is submitted that it gets processed correctly. Shopify and Printify have large technical problems with their interfacing of ordering systems and the customer support is monumentally poor. Stay away from this app unless you want to spend you time apologizing to customers and processing refunds.

After a lot of back and forth, Printify finally did the right thing and credited my account for the wrong mugs. I have updated my review based on this and how helpful they were, but only after I placed this review. My customer ordered 4 mugs and received 2 mugs with another design on them. Because the order was wrong, I should receive a refund, however, I am only asking for a refund for 2 of the mugs. A photo was sent of the wrong design vs. the right design. Printify is trying to only refund for 1 mug. My customer gave me a 3-star review because she was sent the wrong order. I just want Printify to make it right and they will not. I am now taking my designs down from this POD and will be using other PODs to make my mugs. There are plenty more out there that will be reasonable with their customer service. This isn't even the first time, however, in prior times, they readily replaced or refunded with a photo.

Printify is amazing.

Been using them for almost a year now and they are quick.
Everything they do, customer service if you ever have any issues (rarely) but they get to you fast and they always solve it!

Another thing I love is their competitive pricing, their prices are so fair.

Other drop-shippers have the same price almost but they have horrible service. I was with another drop-shipper and I had placed a few t-shirt orders for my personal use, when they arrived they were always wrinkled and just thrown in there...this is not what Printify does. Printify actually folds their stuff, packaged properly.

Eventually I got sick of the other drop-shipper and left because every time something happened, it was always "a bug in the system."
When I called to ask why the t-shirts were not properly folded in the bag, because they were crumbled into a ball all wrinkled, they "we're surprised."

In other words Printify is amazing! They are quick, tracking numbers are always there, they fix any issues IF you ever have one, and they have an amazing staff of about 10 people that ALWAYS e-mail you following up to see if you we're serviced properly. That's so nice because sometimes you forget about some things.

Printify you guys are amazing, please keep up the amazing work!!!

The idea is really awesome as I am looking for a way to automate the product creation in shopify admin and support is great, way to go!
