Printify: Print on Demand

This is going to save me so much time, and the prices are MORE than competative- I love the auto preview- I LOVE that i wont have to be the middle man, or have overhead! THANK YOU!!!

Pros
Many options to choose from
Price is great compared to others
Quality is good but not great (shirts)
Customer service answers fairly fast

Cons
Shipping is horrible but that is mostly a DHL problem. Sometimes packages get lost.
Communication is not great. I ordered a shirt and a week went by and nobody bothered to let me know the shirt wasn't in stock till I emailed.
Quality is good not great. I had to add this to both.(issue with black from my experience)
Overall this is a good alternative to pritful who's prices are much higher.

Going be a lasting investor of the app. I'm satisfied that out of all the apps I've be through this one has rejected my idea's. Thank you. Keep this app up-to-date plz. Thank you for your time.

Printify has an excellent variety of products. I particularly like the boots, sneakers, dresses, bedding, swimsuits, flip-flops, and bath mats and shower curtains.

They have excellent timely and friendly email support response and chats; and they have a helpful blog, including videos and tips.

Their catalog is easy to navigate, their product-builder not only includes a user-friendly interface but they’ve added a layer of accuracy for typing in values for x and y positioning, image size percentages, and rotation angles. Very helpful for laying out the shoe templates.

They also include location information of their print providers as well as extra product information -- Key Features, Care Instructions -- to add to your product descriptions.

Printify integrates seamlessly with Shopify, but they also allow for sample purchases and provide tracking. I ordered and received samples of ornaments, duffle bags, pillows, and duvets and they are all high-quality, and I love them all! The feet of the socks are too long for a size eight woman but fit a size 11 man — note: the whites look a little gray, I’d recommend staying away from white on the socks.

Overall, I have zero complaints, only great admiration and high expectations for doing business with this vendor. Thank you, Printify!

Update: Printify finally reached out to me, I understand this pandemic has caused a lot of difficulty for many businesses and am updating my review to 3 stars.

I’ve contacted them multiple times about tracking information appearing false, my customers are very concerned when tracking has not updated in a 2-5 weeks on multiple orders. When asked why my products aren’t shipping or tracking is invalid they blatantly lie about how long my item has been sitting with no movement stating 5 days when it’s been well over a month. When asked about false tracking for other orders they give me zero answers just telling me to check back in a month with the Local post office. Chat bot is missing I’ve already submitted issues for those products so it seems I’m now unable to make inquiries. I’ve tried multiple times to submit via help center and then am told I’m already being helped so they can’t help me. So ridiculous ever other print on demand company I’ve used during this pandemic has delivered my products, given valid tracking and excellent customer service . Not printify hopefully my customers receive their items it’s doubtful though at this time.

I absolutely love this app! It's so widespread and gives me access to so many different options. It's extremely easy to use and I have choices from lots of apparel with including being able to choice a print provider. I definitely recommend this app!:)
