It is fast and easy to use, 3 things that would make it 5 star: 1. better mockup images with actual models so we can see where the design lands; 2. More space to
design in top and bottom, especially on
women V neck and tank top shirts, the
designs hang too low and look awkward. 3. Add Crop Tops for women, this is a hot selling item that is missing from your catalog and other providers have it, add with great mockups and sales will go up no doubt.
Other than that the service is good.

Regarding the mockups, a lot of products already have updated lifestyle mockups (especially the new products) and we are currently in process of updating the mockups for the entire catalog. Regarding print area, it varies from print provider to print provider. For example, Dream Junction often has the largest print area. We will however take into consideration your feedback and try to work on a solution for getting larger print areas. Best of luck with your sales further on!
Incredibly easy to install. You'll be selling top-quality tees and merchandise in about 30 min. The integration with Shopify from images to fulfilment notifications is seamless.
I had a customer make a multi item order but each item came in separate packages so she had more postage and shipping costs. She would have preferred to have the option to have all items in one box. Other than shipping she is very satisfied with the print quality.

Order arrived damaged and after 35 days. Customer service is slow. Website looks fresh and clean but that's about it. No more Printify for my store and customers!

This app works very well, just as you’d expect. The only thing I dislike is the inability to combine suppliers into a single product, this means I’ve had to create a separate page for each. Just makes my UI slightly more clunky. In terms of printing quality:speed it’s been great so far!

Being a designer and working in EC I'm hard one to please with services like this... These guys blow the competition out of the water! Great service, easy to setup all the way from artwork to shipping details. They make it so easy to setup an online business with Shopify. Would love to see more background colour options available for the one design in prints not just shirts.
Wish I could do sleeve designs.

Great service and shipping time experienced so far as I recently decided to give Printify a try. Thank you.
I have used this app for months - I sell HUNDREDS of items monthly. I was pretty happy with them until the last month. I understand that times have changed however they are not able to keep to even a 14 day turn around on most orders. When I ask for a refund for orders I am told that is not the policy. If you can't provide a service then the end consumer should be able to get a FULL refund.
Unfortunately after how they have handled the month of April I doubt I will use them ever again.
We apologise for the fulfilment delays, but as we all are in a crisis situation, our print providers had to reduce the head count per shift for safety reasons, thus, they are experiencing order overloads.
