you can't do any profit with this app. they are charging HUGE fees for shipping.
You can't earn money with them, i lost a lot of hours to edit over 500 product on printify for finally see after getting my first order im not on profit cuz shipping fees are insane.
You can believe this? i sell product 40% more and im still not on profit.

We are sorry to hear that you did not manage to make any profits with us. Each product has a shipping fee that is transparent and can be checked under ''shipping and more details'' section below each product. Some products may have higher shipping costs but we are already working on that and trying to minimise the shipping costs as much as possible. Generally, we advise users to set up shipping fees on their stores so the shipping would be paid by their customers. In case the merchant wants to cover the shipping fees themselves, then they need to consider it when setting up the final price. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! I created +100 products using Printify, uploaded them on all my marketplaces, create adverting campaigns on facebook, google ads, I was exciting... until do a TEST ORDER and receive a tee with a design much small than the mockup showed on my store and ads. They said it was a supplier problem and all the products created using him could be printed smaller. After more than 1 week they didn't show a solution but I noticed people still can create products that can't be printed in the right size. Luckily I did the test order, because imagine if a costumer receive a product different than that one he saw and bought... Who will get a bad review? This is something can't happen when you're building a brand. VERY UNSATISFIED

A year ago I contacted Printify and expressed concern that all the kids models for the products that I was selling in my store were white. That was the default. My brand celebrates Black culture, so it's a bit inauthentic for me to have a white baby wearing a shirt that affirms Blackness. I asked customer service if there were Black models and they said no. One year later, nothing has changed. Sad.

not happy AT ALL with this app. I started off super excited but now I am just going to invest in my own printer and do everything myself. I have been trying to contact printify for almost 3 weeks regarding various orders in queue with confusing statuses. Some say in "in production" but give a tracking number and nothing to track. A customer may order 4 or more items and receive a tracking number stating ALL items were sent out when the tracking only accounts for one item. So now, customers are emailing out of concern for their other items that havent even been printed yet. I've gotten emails from customers about products that were misprinted, with pieces of the branding having fallen to the bottom of the shirt somehow. Not sure if these folks are truly quality checking or just printing and shipping products off. I've had it. I hate having to go through a middle man to determine if an item is eligible to be reprinted because of THEIR mistake. Customers do not deserve that. They also removed the quick chat, so now you have to request support within an order or GOOGLE their contact info. and wait weeks for a response. If I could give this app zero stars I would. It's truly best to invest in your own equipment and print your own.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience with us. Our print providers are overloaded with orders, thus, they may take longer to fulfil and the error ratio m ay be slightly higher as well. Nevertheless, we are actively working on changing that by adding new print providers and hiring more support agents to assist our merchants. UPDATE: After posting this review, a customer service supervisor reached out, and has repeatedly asked for us to update/change our review. So here goes: -Printify did refund our problem orders placed with them in November after a lengthy email exchange (thanks, because we did refund all of the purchases our customers made).
-We have since removed all of our PRINTIFY supplied items on our site, and are actively looking for new suppliers.
-We will not be amending our review from 1 star -- because we received numerous 1 star reviews from our customers about their purchases -- which of course affects our reputation with future customers. ----
Since PRINTIFY does read these reviews, our suggestion would be: find more reliable suppliers, and work on the quality of your products, but also your customer service and customer interface on your site, so problem solving isn't so difficult. If i could give them a negative star review, I would. Over the past year or so, we've had problems with 1 of every 2 orders placed with them. We even upgraded to Printify Premium a few months back to see if that helped... and the customer service actually got worse. ++Shipped partial orders, and claimed they were complete (check)
++Misleading product descriptions (check)
++Poor quality products/printing- totes & pouches (check)
++Shipment labels generated (to stay within stated printing timelines), but products were not handed over to shipping carries for DAYS (check)
++Average time to get a reply from Customer service (2-3 days). I've emailed them so many times, I feel i know each of the staff... Otto is the most responsive, he replies 24 hours later typically. Excuses and lies - an "passing the buck" to their providers seems standard. Final straw, after days of waiting for a problem ticket reply, was is getting an email saying that the TRACKING system from USPS is not accurate, but the 'items' are their way and they're "sorry for any inconvenience." Sorry doesn't cut it, and neither does blaming COVID for delays, its been 9 months, and we're all dealing with covid with our own businesses, which is why its important to be transparent with your customers and provide accurate and honest timelines and details, so everyone knows exactly what to expect. Do yourself a favor, (and avoid 1 star reviews from your customers for you, as well)... find a different company for POD.

Avoid this company for their shipping times alone. My customers are waiting an average of 2.5 weeks for shipment. Printify will blame it on the shipping companies but it is NOT. They first ship through DHL who then transfer shipment to the post office. I've had 6 customer complaints in two weeks and had to fully refund FOUR orders and reimburse shipping for several others. I reached out several times about this issue and was told that they've faced unexpected volume, blamed this shipping companies or some other excuse. I've lost money on every sale, they haven't offered me any kind of a refund. I'll admit they make nice shirts but there shipping times will piss off your customers and you'll end up reimbursing them anyway! Avoid this t-shirt fulfillment company.

I have used this app for months - I sell HUNDREDS of items monthly. I was pretty happy with them until the last month. I understand that times have changed however they are not able to keep to even a 14 day turn around on most orders. When I ask for a refund for orders I am told that is not the policy. If you can't provide a service then the end consumer should be able to get a FULL refund.

Unfortunately after how they have handled the month of April I doubt I will use them ever again.

We apologise for the fulfilment delays, but as we all are in a crisis situation, our print providers had to reduce the head count per shift for safety reasons, thus, they are experiencing order overloads. I have had this app for over a year. In the beginning for the most part it was awesome but I highly recommend NOT USING THIS APP I have lost a lot of money from sizing being off. In the last 3 months every order was wrong. Their print quality is also terrible. It fades really fast and sometimes comes blurry to begin with. I will never ever recommend them again or work with them. DO NOT USE THEM!

I recently started my POD store. Integrated with Printify. I ordered a T-shirt for me to India. 31 days have passed. The order has not reached yet. Another order was from Canada. Again 22 days have passed, the order has not reached yet. I showed the concern to support team, they have already put their hands up in this regard, saying that in tracking we can't help much. Now, who will be responsible if product doesn't reach the customer. My customers are furious about it. It's their hard-earned money. It will also defame my store, and I have just started only. I would say poor service and support. Use other print providers. The products at Printify may be cheaper than others, but it will only be beneficial if the product reaches customers.

When we choosed to work with this app we read many different reviews from users but we never thought that we would be one of the BAD REVIEWS on our FIRST MONTH experience. Looks like they are "training new people" so they don't have time to reply to many emails sent by us to the only customer service provided. We paid 19 dolars for the Premium Service wich as been terrible! After 20 days waiting we got our first order but unfortunately with the WRONG design. We are working with a provider from the UK because our store is in Portugal and we wanted to have a quick service on orders delivery. 20 days?! Ok... but with the wrong design? Are we supposed to send it back again and wait for 20 more days to expect for a new tshirt?!
We feel very ashamed with this and we are now removing our services with them.
We expect our samples refund money from the (worst) Premium Service and Customer Service ever!
