About Printrooster Order Printing
Enterprise level solution for order printing
Create print buttons with your own rules to print exactly the orders you want to print with customizable rules and order templates. You can include or exclude orders to be printed with the rules you choose to add. Here are some examples how you can use rules to sort orders to be printed:
- By customer location
- By shipping zone
- By shipping method title
- By tags in order
- By the amount of orders from the customer
- By fulfilment or order status
- By payment status
- By orders including certain line item properties (e.g. pre-sale products & products with customizations)
- For customers with certain tags (e.g. Wholesale, VIP, Blacklist)
Combine the rules the way you want. You can also create different order templates for different print buttons (different kind of template for repeat customers, customers with different location etc.), or use the same template across the print buttons.
You can choose not to print already printed orders, so you can forget accidental double printing. Of course you can print orders again, if needed, too.
Unlimited order and picking list templates with easy editing
With our simple and easy template editor you can create beautiful order templates in just a few clicks! Display logo, extra fields like savings, barcodes and more. Add custom content and fully translate the templates without coding! For those who want to take customization further, there's an advanced editor with Liquid, HTML and CSS editing, too.

Sort orders to be printed automatically by the amount of products and the SKU's within the orders. You can sort the products within one order template or even sort all the printed orders in each print batch!
