I have a good experience with them. The print quality is good, the dispatch timeline has been consistently quick, and the dashboard is user-friendly.
They're hands down the best in India. Running a POD business means you depend on your POD partner a lot for your business success. Printrove is not a vendor for us they're a PARTNER. We have been working with them since 2016 and we are absolutely satisfied with their service. I would also like to point out that we did face issues with them in our early days like we did with others but what separated them from others is that they took that extra effort to understand our issues and build solutions for us. We recently completed 200 orders and Printrove has been extremely supportive and efficient in helping us do the same! Their customer service, handled by Ayushi, is really good and they are very prompt with respect to answering our queries. They have especially helped us in meeting a few tight deadlines effectively.They have a highly automated merchant panel that makes it really simple for us to handle everything. Credit must be given to Abhishay and his team for ensuring really quick service and timely delivery too with almost no errors! As such their product quality and range is very good but we are also hoping to see additions to the range of products that they offer! Cheers!
Great app for your POD needs. Good and transparent timelines. The quality of the products is also above par.
