Prisync has been a valuable addition to our Shopify store, providing accurate competitor pricing insights. The Shopify integration is seamless, making setup and daily management effortless. What stands out is also their onboarding support—the team was responsive, knowledgeable, and guided us through every step to ensure we got the most out of the platform.

Prisync works well and it is quite easy to setup. In general it deals with all the products very well, though sometimes it needs some manual sorting out the get the most out of it. Though this mainly has to do with the Google Shopping listings which are definitely not perfect. It is nice that there is the option to make some manual tweaks and exclude listings. The dashboard and settings are not very complicated, but it can do every thing you need.

The onboarding was great, Elvan has been a great help along the way.

The app works excellently! Suitable competitors are found for almost all products, and price updates happen several times a day. The customer service is the best I have experienced with any app so far. Response times are usually just a few minutes.
