The onboarding with Prisync has been incredibly quick - which has meant we are able to hit the ground running with the pricing tool. It's very effective and comprehensive, and will allow us as a multi brand retailer to easily remain competitive in our market

The product is very useful and provides a competitive advantage which allows us to be on top of our competitors on the market. Special thanks to Ercan who did his best to provide us with the bespoke solution we needed.

All features are awesome for instance the shopping channel setting manages to identify and show all possible products listed by the competitors, which saves a lot of time in market research, but the real benefit for us was the bespoke functionality which provided us with the much-needed option to manually add links from competitors we've found online (e.g. products listed under different brand names etc.).

Overall, a brilliant product that offers everything that a modern e-commerce company would need to be able to make informed decisions about its digital marketing strategy. I highly recommend this product!

App does as promised. Works well, C/S is responsive, worth the money to get the visibility into competition and where we rank.

Arleen was amazing and followed up regularly. They customised the app due to some issue with some URL which had advanced script running. in the end it was the better option and wokring well.

This app is brilliant and the customer service is amazing. They got straight back to me on all my queries and did a Zoom call to take me through the optimisations. We have a large store and in today's climate when prices are constantly changing having a price sync software is a must have if you are on a marketplace like Google, Amazon etc. so I would definitely recommend this. I was surprised how much difference it made to our ranking.
