The customer support from this company is second to none. Ercan has personally gone through the software from top to bottom, and unlike most companies, suggested the package that is actually right for us, rather than trying to sell us the most expensive version.

Prisync's updated user interface is highly intuitive, making our price management process much more efficient. The app’s feature of automatically listing competitor URLs on Google Shopping makes it significantly easy and convenient to use. We greatly appreciate Ercan's exceptional ongoing support during our trial period.

We have tried many price comparison apps but this is by far the best app on the market. There are a few issues however the customer support team is brilliant at helping with navigating through these problems. Highly Recommended app!

The customer service has been a huge help and the platform works well. We still do have to manually input the links from our competitors into the app, but a few hours after you submit it, it tells you the price. If not they have an easy way to submit a claim to get it corrected. Haven't had an issue with the dynamic pricing either. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no field for the MAP ...
