We’ve been using this price-tracking app for our eCommerce business, and overall, it’s been a game-changer for staying ahead of the competition. The app does exactly what it promises — monitors competitor prices in real time and allows us to adjust our pricing quickly and efficiently.
The dashboard is intuitive and well-designed. We can easily see competitor price trends, set up rules for automated pricing adjustments, and track our own pricing performance over time. The app does an excellent job of keeping us up-to-date with competitors' prices across various platforms. The price alerts are a lifesaver, especially in such a fast-paced market. One of the best features is the rule-based price adjustments. We’ve set specific rules so that our prices automatically adjust based on certain conditions, which has saved us a lot of manual work.
There is a room for improvement, too. While the real-time updates are great, I’ve noticed occasional delays or inaccuracies in the competitor price data. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does mean I can’t rely entirely on the automation without double-checking the data.
And finally thanks for the customer support, who are very helpful about onboarding and understanding the platform and plans.

Prisync's updated user interface is highly intuitive, making our price management process much more efficient. Very easy to match prices and you can also match url's to make sure it's the comparison you want. Everyone at Prisync is so helpful and really fast to help when needed on live chat! They have a 14 day free trial, would highly recommend trying it!

The customer service has been a huge help and the platform works well. We still do have to manually input the links from our competitors into the app, but a few hours after you submit it, it tells you the price. If not they have an easy way to submit a claim to get it corrected. Haven't had an issue with the dynamic pricing either. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no field for the MAP pricing. We have developed a workaround for it outside of the app, but that would be the one thing I would recommend they add.

This is an indispensable tool for any retailer in a competitive marketplace. Manually comparing product prices daily with many competitors when you have hundreds of products is simply not an option. We found several apps doing the same thing and performed a trial on a selection. We found that the interface with Dynamic Pricing Optimization was by far the easiest to use and that their customer support was proactive in helping us set things us.
