The customer service team was super helpful and wanted us to find value with the service and app. We are a very small team and most teams of our size are forced to use only DIY service without a dedicated rep to work with. Prisync had dedicated reps on our account, and their live chat feature was great. There was a definite learning curve to use this service but once we set up pricing rules to track our competitors, we had a good understanding each day of pricing issues and could update our products accordingly.
