The customer service team was super helpful and wanted us to find value with the service and app. We are a very small team and most teams of our size are forced to use only DIY service without a dedicated rep to work with. Prisync had dedicated reps on our account, and their live chat feature was great. There was a definite learning curve to use this service but once we set up pricing rules to track our competitors, we had a good understanding each day of pricing issues and could update our products accordingly.

The onboarding with Prisync has been incredibly quick - which has meant we are able to hit the ground running with the pricing tool. It's very effective and comprehensive, and will allow us as a multi brand retailer to easily remain competitive in our market

We have recently tried out the Prisync software and we absolutely love it. Ercan helped us so much to understand the software and also to get everything set up. For E-com this is highly recommended to ensure you can win.

This app has been great. It's been really easy to set up, not only the basic visibility of the market but also the dynamic price too. It has also been nice to have an actual person to talk things through with and ask lots of questions, Ercan has been excellent at thoroughly answering them all via the live chat, video call tutorials and emails.

We are a small independent so keeping up with competitor pricing is time consuming, so this app is a must if you have comparable products sold in many other competitors, There are many options to go through and the team at Prisync were always there to help in the background even doing a lot of the work for you if you get stuck, I would recommend taken some time with Ercan at Prisync as he is so helpful and then you can get the app working for you, letting you know who is cheaper and allowing you to react fast, you can even set the price to automatically change if you wish. Thank you Ercan for all your help so far :)

The product is very useful and provides a competitive advantage which allows us to be on top of our competitors on the market. Special thanks to Ercan who did his best to provide us with the bespoke solution we needed.

All features are awesome for instance the shopping channel setting manages to identify and show all possible products listed by the competitors, which saves a lot of time in market research, but the real benefit for us was the bespoke functionality which provided us with the much-needed option to manually add links from competitors we've found online (e.g. products listed under different brand names etc.).

Overall, a brilliant product that offers everything that a modern e-commerce company would need to be able to make informed decisions about its digital marketing strategy. I highly recommend this product!

We have been looking for a repricing tool for a long time, as we have some very price-aggressive competitors - but so far we have not been even remotely satisfied with any of them (too many errors, products not found, prices not adjusted despite manual URL entry).

The programme not only manages to "recognise" pretty much ALL products fully automatically - no, they even listed competitors for us that we had never heard of before.
