The customer service has been a huge help and the platform works well. We still do have to manually input the links from our competitors into the app, but a few hours after you submit it, it tells you the price. If not they have an easy way to submit a claim to get it corrected. Haven't had an issue with the dynamic pricing either. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no field for the MAP pricing. We have developed a workaround for it outside of the app, but that would be the one thing I would recommend they add.

This is an indispensable tool for any retailer in a competitive marketplace. Manually comparing product prices daily with many competitors when you have hundreds of products is simply not an option. We found several apps doing the same thing and performed a trial on a selection.
