Dynamic Pricing Optimization

I can't rate the on-boarding and support team more highly. I was looking to move from my current price checking provider Price2spy and after doing quite a bit of research and comparison I came across Prisync. I found they offered the right balance between functionality and value for money. The main reason for choosing these guys is the ease of use of their system and speed of integration. Even with some of the extra complications with my website and custom bundles the on-boarding team were able to quickly understand the issues and provide a suitable solution. I have no reservation in recommending these guys to anyone looking for an automated price tracking system.

The product is very useful and provides a competitive advantage which allows us to be on top of our competitors on the market. Special thanks to Ercan who did his best to provide us with the bespoke solution we needed.

All features are awesome for instance the shopping channel setting manages to identify and show all possible products listed by the competitors, which saves a lot of time in market research, but the real benefit for us was the bespoke functionality which provided us with the much-needed option to manually add links from competitors we've found online (e.g. products listed under different brand names etc.).

Overall, a brilliant product that offers everything that a modern e-commerce company would need to be able to make informed decisions about its digital marketing strategy. I highly recommend this product!

The product is fantastic, easy to navigate and user friendly but what is really exciting me is the customer service level those guys provide. They are on TOP of everything. Responsive and helpful in any aspect! The live chat is actually LIVE... They brilliantly look after your account giving you assistance in any given time! Special thanks goes to Arleen that has been so helpful on setting everything up for us and provided assistance every-time I needed it. And guess what? if she was busy, another agent would jump in to assist straight away.
