Prisync's updated user interface is highly intuitive, making our price management process much more efficient. The app’s feature of automatically listing competitor URLs on Google Shopping makes it significantly easy and convenient to use. Prisync is exactly what you need from a pricing software. Ercan is quick and easy to communicate with and helpful at every stage.
Brilliant customer support who will help onboard you and assist with any issue or questions you have. the system its self is very good at monitoring and repricing your products so that you are competitive in the marketplace.
The customer service has been a huge help and the platform works well. We still do have to manually input the links from our competitors into the app, but a few hours after you submit it, it tells you the price. If not they have an easy way to submit a claim to get it corrected. Haven't had an issue with the dynamic pricing either. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no field for the MAP pricing. We have developed a workaround for it outside of the app, but that would be the one thing I would recommend they add.
I've tried a few competitor price tracking tools and Prisync is the best!
Very easy to match prices and you can also match url's to make sure it's the comparison you want. Everyone at Prisync is so helpful and really fast to help when needed on live chat! They have a 14 day free trial, would highly recommend trying it!
