Easy to instal and the support is great - they respond quickly in my experience. The ability to configure pop-ups, slide ins, etc in pretty much any way you want is good as well as the overall flexibility of design options. Everything is easy to use and nicely laid out. The app has allowed us here at survivethenext.com to convert many visitors into paying customers. Would recommend this app.

As a first time user of Privy I found it extremely user friendly and I highly recommend it to anyone who is new to the e-commerce arena.

its a good software but sometimes is not easy to navigate and you need to go through to some videos to find out what to do, need some improvements
