Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

Managing customer tags is challenging. It'd difficult to filter by and track how many customers are in tagged with each tag. Drop down menus would be helpful.

Did not work for me like everyone else. 1. It does not pop up but rather puts a ribbon on the top right corner of site and does not show pop up until someone clicks on it even after I have set triggers to pop up after 5 seconds on site. So I might be doing something wrong here. but all in all its a good app

So far a very seamless experience. Everything is simple to use and very straight forward. Extremely good value for low cost.

It didn't Work. It said 404 Error :( Although It has easy templates and instructions, I tries saving it and couldn't

I like that traffic and sales, open and click rates are easy to track with Privy. There are some flaws and limitations in designing/setting up coupons but overall it's been a great addition. The abandoned card emails have recaptured some revenue for us and it's nice to see how that's working.

Have just tried it and am crossing my fingers that this is the beginning of the creation of a veryyyyy long list of emails.

I used this app to help me put a pop up on my shopify site. It wasn't as intuitive as I had hoped, but I've muddled my way through it I think. I like the way it leads you through the process and helps you get connected up with other apps, like mailchimp. We'll see how it works when put to the test.

Definitely would recommend! It's user-friendly and I'm finding new capabilities every day.
