Customer service has been very helpful in our on boarding process. I was having some issues with my list after sending out our first newsletter and they helped me resolve it quickly.

It has increased email deliverability, and I am happy with the customer service I receive any time I have a challenge. Highly recommend.

Pretty terrific! There are occasionally weird bugs in the system, but Henry and the technical team are really great about communicating and fixing them as they arise. We came to Privy from Mailchimp and the occasional hiccups are MORE than worth the significant reduction in cost. Plus, the fact that we have a dedicated CSM at Privy is amazing. In the 10 years that we were with Mailchimp, I think I spoke to a living person once. Just once.

I just had a great experience with Karol, a member of the support team, she was pro-active, really helpful and felt like she genuinely cared and wanted to help. I never write reviews, but this level of service made it a must. Thanks Karol!
