Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

I have used Privy for over two and a half years. It's one of those non-negotiable expenses for my business. Working with a Customer Success Manager is key -- they are so brilliant with conversion rates and popups and email campaigns. I have learned an enormous amount of general ecomm info from my rep that I have been able to implement immediately to my store. This app has saved my store from going under during a tumultuous economy and unstable times. I'm so thankful for Privy and the team there, and will continue to be a privy customer for life.

still, early days yet..so far so good but I think the template options are not enough. There are quite a lot out there.

Privt is my fav popup so far! So practical and easy to use! Love it!

Its pretty easy to use. The set up was a breeze. The biggest down size is how they pressure you to review the product, like I'm doing now...That does explain why they have so many reviews.

Must have for Shopify. Solid app.

Can't fault the app, does what it says. I have not used a pop-up generator before, but once you understand the basics and have an eye for deign, it works well. I use the free version and for my purposes works well. Would recommend to any startup before you pay for any service.

We love this app. The free app does what we need it to do and has helped capture a lot of customers. We tried turning Privy off for a month just to see the difference and used the shopify popup. We noticed we didn't get any new customers from the shopify theme popup and turned Privy back on. Once we did, we started getting new customer signups so we know its working. The only issue is with the free app it is aggressive and we need longer intervals for the popup to display per customer. But overall great app.
