Privy ‑ Pop Ups, Email, & SMS

Easy to use and super interface, really cool app!

I use this app to help me capture email addresses and sign customers up for our newsletter. In return it provides them with a promo code.

I have been using Privy for over 3 years now for my marketing pop ups that I can customize in any way from shipping Bars to email capture with exit intent. But what surprised me the most about Privy was their customer service. Recently Privy reached out to me asking if my business would be interested in being listed under Privy's new program called Shopsmallecomm created in response to small businesses affected by Covid-19. I was more than happy to participate as it opens up a potential revenue stream while getting exposure for my business. Thank you Lauren and the team at privy for being a part of my businesses success.

The service is terrible. Tried to message and email them hundreds of times and no real response for my issues.

Cool, well-connected app, easy to use, stable and has enough value on the free plan. Unfortunately, there are not enough pre-designed pop-ups to choose from, no chat support, and its not very GDPR ready

Love it. Does everything I need. Easy to use interface and design templates let me customize to my hearts content.

Loved this app, then Privy decided to take it from being free, to being $140 a month. No joke. Beginning July 9th, 2019, they now have it set up so that as long as you get fewer than 5,000 page views a month, it's free. But at my monthly page views (around 55,000) they want me to pay $140 a month. $140. A. Month. That's more than I pay for my website! Don't get me wrong, I would gladly pay for the app, as I definitely think it added value. I'd pay $20-$40 a month, which is more than I pay for any other app for my website. But $140 a month?? Get real Privy.
